How much will you spend on your next peripheral purchase? Would a full set for less than £140 interest you - or will you be spending more?

I think I would stick to what I am doing now, rather buy a decent keyboard - save - buy a decent mouse - save - Buy a decent pair of headphones. You don't need to buy an expensive thing like a Corsair K100 but at least shop in the lower midrange, there you normally get the quality that you need but lose out on gimmicks. I bought a Redragon DEVARAJAS keyboard, not high end or anything but I have got a keyboard that has all that I need and is actually decently built, its lasted me about 5 years now and still looks good as new.

I've been using a Trust Playstation-style PC gamepad for years now it's brilliant, has far outlived a few more expensive ones I've bought. And I have some of their PC speakers which are still holding up well - not amazing quality but doing a fine job. Also my first keyboard and mouse was Trust and again they did ok, not spectacular but never failed.

the other keycaps iv had was bad was the thor tkl keyboard.

its a good bundle on a budget I guess - not a brand I would consider usually, but thanks for bringing it to my attention! At least people who were bitching in the last post saying you guys only review expensive items can stop bitching!

i thought the mic sounded great compared to some, alot of the steel series headsets are put to shame by that

the quality of trust it's not amazing, it's a bit of a hit or miss, they can last years or break in months, i was lucky with a mouse even if the paint it's worn off, scroll wheel it's stiff after almost 9 years still going it's a nice brand for backup stuff

I dunno what they're like as a company these days but back when they started, they really were the type to say "You get what you pay for..." I bought 3-4 things from them and they all broke or had faults with them. I've since, ironically not trusted them any more.

Only time will tell about the long-term durability but it definitely seems Trust has come a long way - the designs are much more 'professional' nowadays compared to the fairly tacky 'gamer' designs they used to put out

@@cj_zak1681 well it all depends on what you expect to get. In all honesty some peripherals aren't too bad if you don't expect to get too much.

@@riez1984 That's true - the Trust stuff does seem to all be in the low-mid tier price bracket, but I've noticed that their products always seem to have decent quality and lifespan for the price compared to some of the similar priced tat you can get from various vendors. Good value for people on a budget. (I've since upgraded my keyboard and mouse and passed the Trust set on to my daughter and she's happy with it)
