It's sad that ALL women have this power and it's also really fucked up that all it takes is pissing off the wrong female and she'll do this with a smile on her face and people will still believe her. Even after you're proven innocent people will still treat you like a rapist because "it's never okay to tell a victim that they're lying even if they are" scary times we live in bro. And what's scarier is you don't even have to piss her off, she just might get the gumption to do it randomly because you're rich and she wants your money but doesn't want to be with you, or she wants custody of the kids, or she just wants attention. And to clarify I'm not saying all women are like this, but all women have this power, any woman can ruin a man's life just by an allegation it doesn't matter if she has political power or not.

It's not "anyone" who can accuse "anyone" of inappropriate touching. It's women who can accuse men, especially if the woman isn't considered unattractive. If a man called the police to accuse a woman of having "touched him inappropriately", he'd be lucky if they didn't laugh straight into the microphone.

Very sad and one of the worst things to me is how selfish and self centered these two kids are. There are so so many kids put here that would love to have a dad love them as much as Daniel loved his kids .

It honestly feels like the 18 year old boyfriend took advantage of her and manipulated her. Remember, she was apparently already suffering from issues that required therapy. The guy's shitty wife made it so she couldn't even get that and then forced her to stop living with her own father, who she wanted to be with. She must have been looking for just about ANYONE that would fill that gap, so this 18 year old adult comes in and uses that to create a murder partner, and since she was already mentally disturbed, it was an easy act. Not trying to remove her part in the crime, but it does feel like this random dude just exploited someone in a fucked situation.

@@ndt7379 I agree entirely, it definitely seemed like he was likely a driving force in this situation that led to the sad outcome. this is an excellent example of a problem where location changed the outcome because if they were one state over in California the second the parents found out about the relationship they would have been able to keep him away from her easily. due to Nevada law this relationship was considered perfectly normal by all accounts until the murder. just another example of "just because it's legal doesn't make it right". kinda like cigarettes, they might be legal but they are damaging to your health.

You can’t understand?? People do evil things without any real provocation or warning all the time. There have been people that have killed others simply by saying no to prom. Whether the daughter said anything in the video is irrelevant, she is very much still guilty.

Doesn’t matter. She was an accomplice and seemed to show no remorse throughout the entire time afterwards. She was giggling and bragging in the video with her boyfriend. She’s sick.

I think it's the fact that this boyfriend comes out of nowhere and then suddenly Siera kills him. It sounds like she had met him sometime during the time the mother started using the courts to separate Daniel from his daughter a second time. Knowing that Siera was already enrolled in therapy for having personal issues, this may have made them worse, especially due to the fact that it'd likely mean her father would no longer be allowed to enroll her in it anymore, since the mother now had full custody. Now you have this 16 year old who is already disturbed and without the father figure she wants suddenly meeting this other adult, who is enticing her with sex and false love. The video recordings make it clear that this boyfriend would have killed someone no matter what, he just happened to find Siera. The way he chokes her out and how she mentions how their sex involved blood makes it sound like this guy got off hurting people and was already abusing her for his own gratification. He would have eventually killed her.
