"Prehistoric Loser" is such a good band name lol but the body language bit is so true! My ex used to make fun of me for "walking like a cheetah on the hunt" fast and a bit menacingly yet I went from constant catcalls, because I look about 15 even though I'm an adult, to barely any. Confident and even intimidating body language is so important and has improved my life a lot. Plus the men who approach me are less likely to be predatory themselves they are more likely to be confident and just appreciating that I am confident too!

I just started the video, but my daughter was an easy target for bullies. She was sensitive and nice and wanted everyone 2 be her friend. I put her in boxing and she learned how to throw them hands. And i told her dont start fights and when someone fucs wit u, u let them know you aren't the one to fuc wit. Drag her ass was my advice lol
