to dunk you need to be able to put ur whole hand in the rim

Got my first in game dunk yesterday, funny thing is I wasn't serious with any of the workouts, I just casually worked on falling through my shin 3 to 5 mins 3 or 4 times per week and I dunked in 3 weeks. Imagine what will happen when I actually start taking this seriously

Great exercises im suprise u didnt mention a medicine ball or the vest. After hoopin session do u guys have strictly low rim dunking session 😅💯
