It is really best described in the video. The place is on the 1st rib. But its between clavicle and the highest point of your upper trapezius, close to the cervical spine.
This is a great video but also it would be even better if you made another one thwy was a fully follow along with all reps and all sides with no explanation so I can follow along daily with you . kiitos!
I normally don't comment but this is worth it. My right hand that was going numb literally minutes ago burned right up as I was doing the first stretch. As if finally getting enough blood circulating again. I will keep trying! I think I will also give your online course a try. Thank you for your content.
I have cervical radicupathy on right arm when i move neck and look downward. Also feel shooting pain down back and right leg behind knee. Will this video help? All my X-rays and mRI was negative for bulges or herniated disc
Sorry to hear. 😕 Well, it's difficult to say. Based on your description it's likely that moving your neck like shown in the video might provoke your symptoms. If I was your PT, I would probably have you doing some combination of postural muscle activations and movement control training first to get the symptoms calmed down. 🤔
@@movementmaintenance The fact that lymph nodes are in the area of the collarbones where you show to press, and the stretches that are going to create a decongestant "movement". I should have added a question mark cause it was more of a guess tbh. But what do you think?
Ohhh, sorry I thought you meant it congests (stuffs) the lymph node. Yeah most definitely decongests it. Because stretching motion causes pressure and increases fluid motion. Also muscle activation when bringing your head back from the side increases fluid motion. Sorry, for my misunderstanding. Read it in a hurry😅
Hi, unfortunate to hear. I would suggest you follow the troubleshoot guidelines given in the video for this (less range of motion, less pressure on the rib, less repetitions). If these don'r work, do different stretches and mobility exercises.👍
Thanks for answering my last question and putting this link up I've done these exercises only took 5 minutes and I feel a whole lot better hopefully it will stop the numbness that comes down my arm into my hands...👍🏻 great bunch of guys very professional thanks again...😎 #Finlandrules
Do you mean if your symptoms can be gone completely? Sure, I don't see why not if you've already received help from the exercises. It usually means that there is a (bio)mechanical reason behind the symptoms and it can be treated. 👍🏻
