Excelent performance, tarja and floor definitely made this song legendary ppl dont realize that these 2 women are top tier in history of metal, some ppl just argue, taking for granted the fact that nightwish has had some otherworldly talent, appreciate it bro why argue

I feel like that was the moment it really hit Tuomas what he was going to do. They were going to fire their very popular singer and a person he thought once as his friend. For me Ever Dream is Tarja's song even though Floor sings it spectacularly❤ And of course Marko in this song❤❤ And when their voices are together, it becomes like a super voice. The fans didn’t know anything about the turmoil going inside the band. The fans saw only what happened on the stage. They were so professional that no one knew. It was a huge shock after this concert when they announced that letter that they have fired Tarja.

I was at one of the concerts in this tour and there was just something magical in the interaction between Tarja and Marco. I really like Floor, but i left the band with Tarja (because of the way they kicked her out). The combination of those two vocals was so much more than the sum of their individual singing.

All of their older songs sound better with Tarja because they were made for her vocals. They still use her background vocals for many of their live performances, like Ghost Love Score, Planet Hell, etc. Only Tarja can do this song justice.

Everdream performed in Wacken 2013 i like a little bit more. Marco and Floor are crazy powerful there! Ghost Love Score is also absolute crazy in the Wacken 2013 performance!

This was the first song where I heard Floor singing it and thought she is going to be an amazing fit for the band. BUT Tarja's presentation is pretty much always carrying more emotion and depth for me.

I`m sorry for all of them, but mostly for Tarja. She was giving the performance of her life, while being sick, not knowing that there were a few knives on the way to her back right after this amazing show. And for what? I will never understand what the guys accomplished doing what they did. It was a choice. Didn`t make any of them look good. I`m just happy that it`s all history. Everybody has moved on and happy now.

Yeah that open letter was a low blow and completely unnecessary. In the end, it says more about the people who wrote it than it does about the person it was intended to hurt.

@@HelMut3103 Tarja had already effectively quit the band... Saying the next Album was her last with Nightwish... So it happened slightly earlier than she expected... it was still exactly what she wanted... So how can you feel sorry for her? She got to do her solo thing...Nightwish got to move on with a singer who wanted a future with the band... everyone was happy... maybe...

Tarja is going to do concerts with Marko as special guest in this summer in Europe. First one is next week, in Switzerland. The other one is in Finland, in August. I can't wait. I hope they sing at least a song together. When they sang Ave Maria together in 2018 it was so beautiful. Magical.

Actually Marko and Tarja have just been booked into the same festivals as separate acts. Marko was slightly pissed that promoter has been advertising it as if it was their reunion. At the time of that interview Tarja and Marko had not spoken anything about the festival nor had they agreed on perfoming together. According to some Tarja had said that she wishes Marko might join her in an encore song perhaps. I hope they will perform something together while they are at a same event, but saying Marko is performing with Tarja or as Tarja's guest is not accurate.

@@seppokarjalainen2409 well, he is a special guest at the concert in Finland. It is not a festival. It is just them both. And she is going to do concerts with Marko. At the same place at the same night. Each one with their own bands. You can see that I even said "I hope they sing at least a song together" because I know that it is not as if it is certain they are singing together. Special guest is what the headliners of some lineups usually call who plays before them, not calling them an "opening act". Like Tarja calls the band Chaoseum, that is touring USA with her, her special guests, not her opening act.

when they were on stage the boys are disconnected from Tarja she focused on the audiance and had no idea tuomas. normaly sings with the lead singer but in End Of An Era he still does but only with marko when he harmonizes with tarja thus it seems as though. he was still singing with her..

I love this song! I have a playlist with every singer, every version. Someone once said that Marko looks over at the singer to determine if they want him to sing along at the end. On the Floor versions, he doesn’t. I’m not sure that’s true, but I can’t think of any other reason.
