Sawyer Brown has some really great music and Mark Miller’s rich baritone vocals are what sets this band apart. My favorite songs from Sawyer Brown are All These Years, The Walk, Dirt Road, Cafe on the Corner, Trouble on the Line, This Time, This Night Won’t Last Forever, and of course Some Girls Do. I really wish you’d go down their rabbit hole.

Lead singer Mark Miller tells the story of how they found this song. He & his wife were at a furniture store when the salesman says "I don't normally do this - but I've written a song I'd like you to hear." They follow him out to his truck where he digs a CD out from the floorboard. Mark says he & his wife are listening to it as they drive home, and he turns to her and tears are streaming down her face. And he knew then the band had to record it. I believe it ended up winning some gospel music awards. And a note about the furniture salesman/songwriter - he had been living in Nashville 30 years, and that was the first time a song he'd written had been recorded. I'm glad he never gave up, so we can have this wonderful song!

It's crazy watchin' you find Sawyer Brown, 'cause the songs you reacted to aren't songs I knew... But I'm 31 and I've grown up on this music. So these songs were pretty underground. His songs "Some Girls Do" and "Thank God for You" are a couple of his bigger hits that you would've grew up on too if you listened back in the day. So those are my recommendations, would be awesome to see you react to them, 'cause Sawyer Brown is severely underrated!

You should check out Carrie Underwood's 2017 CMA performance of Softly and Tenderly. It wS a tribute to all of the Country Music singers, songwriters, and musicians that had died that year. It was also a Memorium tribute to all of the fans that were killed in Las Vegas during the music festival when that guy started shooting from the hotel. It is very emotional and Carrie even comes close to breaking down near the end of the song. She is an amazing singer and you are right about her being an Angel on earth!

People really dont understand. Ive gotten looks multiple times carrying a 4 foot tall kicking, screaming 9 year old out of places. Or pushing said preteen in a large place in his stroller. Recently had to talk to his school because he lost his grandfather in the middle of the night and the teacher didnt understand why the next week he was refusing to do any work or talk. And yes they knew. I used to judge parents of "big kids" who were sucking a pacifier or "throwing a fit" in public. Or who were buying diapers for an older one. My guy was still in them full time at 5 and still uses them for going out.

Hey man, I loved the way you was introducing yourself there for a while. Funny listening to this when a week or two ago a black man went viral for going off on a baby crying on an airplane and made it a racial issue. Then black social media all defended him and said a black baby wouldn't be allowed to do that.
