My theory is that Act one will be for Shadow and act 2 will probably be for that another playable character

I think the Act 2s will actually be 2D stages (or 3D if a stage has act 1 in 2D). The demo only had an Ark (+city) level that was only 3D, and we’ve seen 2D levels in the trailers (the one that comes to mind was a 2D level for that 06 stage), so it’ll probably take after Generations and Frontiers, having acts that are only 3D, and acts that are only 2D.

@@PencilFan-hj3lo I think that after the 2 ark levels the next zone will start on the ark and morph into the level from shadow and be for the rest of that act and the next one.

it would be funny if they didn't show the forces level so people don't complain and say " forces ahh level design" 💀

@@internetguy08 Well, to be fair, this is a time distortion type event, so who's to say Shadow won't have to travel through the future? The future is a part of time. I mean, Technically 06 didn't happen, yet the stages are still featured, so why wouldn't forces be a thing in the shadow portion? Not that I'm advocating for it, forces levels sucked, especially the one I mentioned above, unless they revamped it... Although, I wouldn't be too surprised if they had actual white jungle, that was one of the like 4 stages shadow actually had in his first game, although, I'm hoping there's a few stages from shadow the hedgehog instead Though, when you think about it, they're likely going to be picking things from his own big appearances. Sonic adventure 2 Sonic heroes Sonic 06 Maybe like 2 from Shadow the Hedgehog? Since they're acknowledging it so vividly recently.

me too not the original classic sonic in it the new cover art looks like its a brand new sonic x shadow generations game.

that doesn't make sense the original was short but with shadow added that should add more run time to the game plus nothing was removed sonic part is just getting touched up to look better on modern consoles since this was released back on 360 and ps3.

They confirmed that we’ve got at LEAST 5, including each stages separate acts.

@@alpersoylu00 1) it’s not gonna be 9; it was already confirmed the shadow portion is less than the total of generations. 2) I believe this was stated in a recent tweet by one of the devs.
