I made the classic #Ghanaian peanut butter soup but with a major twist
I used;
3 (2.5lbs) cut stew/hard chicken
3 cups peanut butter
32 oz chicken broth (2lbs)
1 can tomato sauce
SEASONING
5 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp anise seeds
3 star anise
1 Tbsp Go chu jang paste (optional)
1 Tsp red curry paste
ROASTED VEGGIES
1 large green pepper
1 small red pepper
3 habanero pepers
1/2 aubergine
2 roma tomatoes
1 medium onion
thumb size ginger
CARAMELIZED SHALLOT PASTE
2 shallots (sliced)
3 habanero peppers (sliced)
