Good analysis. Since Kushagra is a dishonest promoter, one should always remain alert while investing in Bajaj Hindustan. Bajaj Hindustan used to be the largest and most efficient Sugar producer in the country. It started going down hill since Kushagra came into picture. He was also the cause of division in the Bajaj Group. I own the shares of Bajaj Hindustan for more than a decade and am in loss.

3 April 2006, this stock was rs 436 and now 16 years later it's struggling near rs 15. One of the biggest wealth destroyers in Indian stock market

i guess one point missed here is that ethanol can be directly made from sugarcane and Bajaj is a sugar company not a sugarcane grower. Infact if ethanol making companies start paying more to farmers then input cost of sugarcane would become higher i guess....Also current debt is also qute high, its twice the market Cap so they may have issues setting up ethanol manufacturing plants ...not sure but thought i should type out my thoughts aloud...please correct if i am off.

The Allahabad High Court has directed Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited to clear dues of sugarcane farmers of its five mill areas at Gola Gokaran Nath, Khambhar Khera, Palia Kalan, Barkhera and Maqsoodapur by March 31, 2022, along with a 15 per cent interest..The bench also asked the sugarcane commissioner to assess the financial capacity of the company before reserving or allotting cane area for the company’s mills for the next crushing season.

I read the annual report and several articles, and as per bajaj hindustan sugars, they have no plan to enter ethanol production from sugarcane juice directly as of now. they are going to produce it only from molasses. I usually watch your videos and love your analysis, but here I doubt they will be able to become so much profitable, reason being they do not have the infrastructure for producing ethanol directly from sugarcane juice, and they have a lot of debt to do that. Also, a lot of payment is pending from them to farmers. I would like to hear from you, if you have digged much deeper, maybe that would be helpful for me and others. I was just not convinced to invest in this stock. there can be multiple other companies with the capability to produce ethanol, but I really doubt bajaj hindusthan sugars.

If a management is dishonest then it is wise to be stay away, company can make loss but management has be to honest and transparent like tatamotor, amara raja

Sir, you skipped the discussion about FII investment. FII has reduced their stack recently from this stock. Even though, there are so many news in market about Ethanol policy but we have not seen that much of positive impact on Sugar stocks. EV vehicles will change the game in future.

also i think equity has probably been diluted since its all time high of around 450..i doubt it could have had a market cap of 70k crores 10-15 yrs back

Your explanation and convincing power is good . But see the big picture. On one hand gov is encouraging ethanol production, on the other hand gov is discouraging cultivation of sugarcane as it is environmentally disastrous. So, in long term ethanol would come from rice and wheat stems, which is 2nd generation. So, in short term , this stock can go up, but in really long term, stock can't deliver.

I only added IIFL Securitas ltd. IIFL securities buy has a reason see after Karvy closed all account come with the IIFL securities and we all well knows that the govt also make new rule that is govt employees also invested 6 lack per year in the stock due to which require dmate account. See the number of govt employees central govt is 55 lacks so think how much new account open and also think about the state govt and PSU and bank employees as well as pvt sector companies employees and student who enroll in the course of MBA, commerce, marketing, Near to 52000 student enroll in the colllege every year for the above subject. SO i am bullish on IIFL Securites and keep for the target of Rs86 ,115 ,160 ,200 and 250 plus.

Now trading below 10. looks like there are some other issues.

It's good I am also tapping the development in and arround Green Energy.... but there will be too much hypes as EVs already has started making inroads and next 10 years will see almost 60-80% of 2-3 wheelers and buses and to some extent even 4 wheelers..... than ethenol has to compete for remaining 30-40% mkt remaining for fossil fuel based combustion engines.... and what will happen to big refineries like IOC, BPCL, HPCL and Reliance...? though I also believe there will be a big structural change in Sugar sector (minimum contri frm ethanol) but eradication of corruption by setting up central cooperative ministry and taking control from states

Risky.Very Risky. But one can sense a glitter in future. I'd say we can be part of it in only 1500/ or 150/ rs. We can step in the water,feel the depth and then decide further. EV engines, flexi engines , methanol only engines- well the list is enlarging. But this company cannot be compared with JP which is making profits. I noticed this company posts profits only in March quarter but other three quarters are loss making. The future is dependent on gov which is most unreliable. So take your bet carefully as already highlighted by Vivek Bhai
