Mouth feel matters to me. I don’t think I would put everything in the food processor at once. Definitely hand stir in the crab pieces. I’m afraid it would be too “squishy” in my mouth.

Looks good. I think I will use imitation crab meat though, seen as you process it to a paste. Save the lump crab for crab cakes where the crab is left in lumps. These look so good.

I was concerned the shrimp wouldn't cook due to the stuffing. Is there a way to be completely sure the shrimp did in fact cook thru? Love all of your recipies BTW.

Kewpie is the key, old bay, in RI crab is everywhere lol. So have a meal and save the lump and back that's left, club or Ritz whatever have, we put in fridge for few hours then re dredge before frying👍, never had like this before, we fried clams with bellies also, we did have a vegetable French fries😂🤣, well healthy southern mayo slaw too, it has cabbage and carrots 🤷🙄😂🤣

It all sounds good until you add the mayonnaise in the mustard that was about to make me throw up forget the mustard and substitute sour cream with mayonnaise you'll have a better better taste
Way too much breading. I would've diced the veggies fine. Grinded no more than 12 saltines and left the crab a little chunky. Fold it into the mix instead of blending it all into a peanut butter mush. The last step is fine if you're deep frying.
