This Super Diet Carrot Cake is a gem! I don't eat sugar! Dessert for weight loss! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 gr. (7 ounces) carrots.
Grind in a blender.
3 eggs.
Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener.
Whisk.
Mix.
90 g oat flakes.
Grind in a blender.
30 g (1 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder.
Sift through a sieve.
10 gr. (0.4 ounces) baking powder.
Stir thoroughly.
Grease the silicone mold with vegetable oil.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Chocolate without sugar 50 gr. (1.8 ounces).
Milk 30 ml. (1 fl oz).
Melt in a water bath.
Mix.
Pour the mixture over the carrot cake.
Garnish with your favorite nuts.
1.5 teaspoons of thyme (thyme).
10 pieces of dried clove buds.
2 tablespoons black leaf tea.
1 liter of boiling water.
