Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Recipe #1:
Dried apricots 70 gr. (2.5 ounces).
Top up with cold water for 15-20 minutes.
Walnuts 50 gr. (1.8 ounces).
Chop with a knife.
Hazelnuts 70 gr. (2.5 ounces).
Pumpkin seeds 30 gr. (1 ounce).
Sunflower seeds 40 gr. (1.4 ounces).
Sesame seeds 20 gr. (0.7 ounces).
Flaxseed 20 gr. (0.7 ounces).
Almonds 60 g (2 oz).
Pine nuts 20 gr. (0.7 ounces).
Mix.
Add dried apricots.
Add 40 ml of natural honey. (1.4 ounces).
Add 1 egg white.
1 pinch of salt.
Mix.
Form cookies by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 15-20 minutes.
Recipe #2:
Peanuts 100 g.
Grind not very finely in the blender.
White sesame seeds 20 g (0.7 oz).
Black Sesame Seeds 20 gr. (0.7 oz).
Pumpkin seeds 40 gr. (1.4 ounces).
20 ml. (0.7 ml) Jerusalem artichoke syrup or other sweetener.
1 banana.
Mix.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 15-20 minutes.
