For me not going at the corner side of the boat is because sometimes, mt and lt wont do their job and I'll get ripped apart by the enemy mt/lt by sniping
@@viridescent7748 268 gets shredded by other tanks faster and can't Frontline nearly as good. There's drawbacks and upsides, it's like saying the STB-1 has crap turret armor since TDs can pen it easily.
@@1amG0D4O4not actually true, you can pen the shoulder casemate plates pretty easily in any tank unless it's too angled or it's using it's max gun depression which it's rare.

It was added to PC to be as OP as possible, still is. The Blitz balance team is not on the same crack the PC team was and henceforth the reason why this vehicle is balanced here.
Am always amazed at how different our playstyles is. I beg to disagree: no on the first map the most effective place for a heavy is not the end corner of the boat. It’s on the freaking med side on the left! Like 80% of the maps in the game which give a big advantage if u manage to control and hold the med side. Only 3 or 4 maps are better played on the heavy side.

While the sides are weak to prammo you can over angle when peeking corners to increase armor, and even if you can look closely at the enemy barrel, you can over angle the cheek they are aiming too and get many bounces. This tank is only "balanced" by the mediocre DPM it has, the rest is extremely strong.
Love this beast of a tank, perfectly balanced and i enjoy it's gameplay, even though it's nothing compared to what it's actually supposed to be like in wot pc, this version is rather fun and feels strong

I utterly and totally disagree with you about Yamato. The heavy side= tds sitting back + cross shots from the med line + generally poor team Mates on the heavy line. Go med line, kill the meds, use the hills to angle ur amour, cross shots into the heavies on the ship. I’ve played 150k battles, in the EU. (I am a bit of a light/med head mind you)
The tank is hot shit. The armor is cheesy if you shoot it with gold ammo and the gun is imprecise and constantly trolls you. The tank is very team dependent. If you want to hit the enemy, you have to be on the front line, and then the armor is non-existent, and if you want to use it as a sniper, don't, because you can't hit anything, all in all, crap
Pen gets buffed, armor gets nerfed, 268/4's superstructure is so weak that if you turn even 1 degree to either side, you'll be an easy pen for almost every tank in the game. "Strong frontal armor". What the hell are you talking about, Noodles.
