Well deserved. I have/had an adopted-brother who never took his medication, and every other night there were fights between him and our parents-who were only trying to keep us safe; which often resulted in him pulling a hatchet out on them often. One night he tried to kill us once and for all, but panicked when he realized he was failing. After sirens sounded in the distance, he had the audacity to get up and jump off the back porch, running into the woods. a week later we got a gun in the mail. He went to court a few times, but was never arrested. For all the damage he’s caused us, imagine how much for that poor girl. I’m relieved her uncle is undergoing that; he didn’t even seem to feel bad! TL;DR: psycho brother made me change the topic

Pretty sure it was his wife’s family and not his brother’s. The killer’s last name is “Haskell” and the victims’ is “Stay”. He was estranged from his wife, not divorced, so he was still related to her family. Also, if it was his brother’s family, then why would the news reporter refer to it as his sister in law’s house instead of his brother’s house? Pretty sure what happened is that his wife left him, and he was high on some mob boss fantasy and decided to kill her family.

No, this family was his wife's family. He killed her sister, her sister's husband, their children. And the police caught him, while he was on his way to her parent's house! (bc the little girl called the police so fast) He wanted to kill his wife's entire family, as revenge! (so that she could feel what it's like to lose everything, probably)
