I'm noticing that some of your most fun decks are when you build your own archetype. Rakdos energy graveyard with the revolt and nightmare. Dimir flying tempo.....etc. WHAT WILL HE COME UP WITH NEXT?

Im excited for that event. I imagine I’m not the only one here who hoards a ton of gems. I just do my dailies and play drafts like once a week. I never buy packs or cosmetics, never bought gems, and I use coins for my drafts every time I can. Over a few years, by having a positive (but not astronomical) win rate in drafts at the low ranks I never leave (since I dont play too often), I have accumulated over 30k Gems and I hoard over 50 of each rare and mythic rare wildcards. Basically my point is: YES, Im willing to gamble most of my gems for IRL booty, especially when physical MTG products are ESPECIALLY expensive in my country, Brazil.

I tried to make a necrobloom deck work last night, and it seemed pretty good with a ton of good tokens and some good sacrifice primarily in B/G but I never drew either of the two that I drafted. It preformed fairly well but I didn’t get enough removal and got run over by multiple decks with multiple writhing chrysalis. Fortunately before that I drafted an insane black devotion necrodominance deck with two of the devotion tutors and enough removal and it had a nice draw 3 theme. Two somewhat unorthodox yet very fun decks. This format would be so much more fun without the Chrysalis, as they always end up being the gatekeeper for otherwise fun and interesting strategies.

A bloopers video reel is starting to look quite spicy, Num! 😆 Let me upgrade your 1/1 to a 3/2 flyer on turn 2, 😅... That was some super tech to prevent that 4 damage later. 😅

Arena direct works well for the value of MH3, but we have to see if they adjust the cost for lower priced sets. I'm betting the cost of entry will remain the same, but they may do a 7 wins/3losses template. I like the concept, but remind everyone to cut their losses and not chase them.

The way the packs fell it wound up being correct but i think usually i would take the dryad p1p1 over the b removal. But you do seem to do better taking the black cards. B/g. Is the worst performing color pair.. nice job cobbling together a decent deck! U/b not my favorite colo pair either but it worked out pretty good.

I'm really starting to see the value of the drake here, until now I would just pass it because giving the opponent a 3/2 hexproof flyer sounds like a nightmare, but it's insane here
