I was going ask the same thing. Japan seems so supportive of healthy skin: temperate weather, good air quality, good water quality, and access to omegas in seafood.
Um wow that is a terrible terrible thing (the acne) to happen to you. I’m in my 50s and every morning since forever, I drink warm water with a spoonful of local raw honey. I rarely have blemishes. I do this before I eat or drink anything. The honey has to be local to wherever I’m living. It takes a couple of days but it really does work.
