The way prices of meats are we may be eating them on a regular.

I keep trying to tell people that the reason for this is that Aunt Bessie’s aren’t true Chittlins. They are the ball (nut sac) and not the intestines. Why do you think that they look like a sock? Intestines have openings. Killed a lot of hogs in my day😅

WHERE? They weren't 8 last year, or the year before and definitely not now.

You still have to clean them. Remove the membrane and any lingering fat.

@@mariewilson9835 im just seeing your reply..... What im saying is that what they say are chitterlings are nothing at all like the real chitterlings are. I have no clue except to say if what you got when u opened aunt bessies brand looked like little balloons with the shape of a balloon that hasn't been blown up with air yet. Be very wary because its not pig intestines.

@@starksfamily6159 when you open the bag or container of aunt bessies chitterlings are they similar looking to a medium size balloon with only one open End........ Maybe they have different things in different cities . Every time I opened up that brand yes they are AND look really clean. But chitterlings do not come out a pig or hog looking like balloons that you van fill up each one with water and it just holds it in. Some things not right. Another guy did a video comparing different brands and he looked at Bessies and said " he doesn't know what this is and explained the same thing im saying. He couldn't identity it either. This video I saw on utube in the past year. Please do some research. This guy said he great up on a farm and had been cleaning and cooking chitterlings since he could remember. Called himself Country Boy or something like that. Bye now.👍👍
