It could also be taken over by the US military...there are lots of US who would qualify or the US Vets Assoc. Right now I believe the Vets assoc does not participate as they have strict guidelines and the Foundation does not qualify as they overspend in expenses.@@tamarakitchen8008

Not to mention that that year there was an ACTUAL woman who truly deserved the award. I am unable to recall her name, though I saw her story related on the news. She was an integral player on her college basketball team. She was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Instead of being angry or retreating from life, she chose to continue with college and playing basketball for as long as she could- truly brave and much more deserving of the award than Caitlin Jenner ever could be. The ESPY awards have proven themselves to be a leftist-agenda driven fraud for a while now.

The names of {Pat Tillman and Harry Windsor do not belong on the same page. Mary Tillman is a Gold Star Mother. After both World Wars, we were taught to respect and honor the Gold Star Mothers. They have experienced the deepest grief possible, the loss of an adult child while in Military Service. The way Mary Tillman's opinion was so dismissed was nothing shore of cruel and offensive. For Harry to accept it, exposes more of his dishonorable nature. This is disgraceful.

Pat Tillman gave up a life of privilege in order to live a life of service, whereas Harry gave up a life of service in order to live a life of privilege. It's the exact opposite of what Pat Tillman represents. I was extremely disappointed when I heard Harry was being given this award. He simply does not deserve it.

I heard not a gunner, either, though: it was a courtesy title but word is he was only allowed to carry dummy weapons. She has been remarried for many years now and has children with her current husband, whereas she did not have any child with Mr. Tillman. And yet, she retains the name Tillman as her middle name in most websites. She is going by Marie Tillman Shenton, still trading on her dead first husband's name and memory while living with her current husband and their children.

What does Harry do for Invictus? Harry has a HUGE platform through which he could promote Invictus Games. But does he? NO!!!! What does he actually do to PROMOTE the games? NOTHING!!! No-one knows ANYTHING about the athletes taking part in these games therefore, people are not invested in these games. That is why people are not watching these games. Did you see all those empty seats in Germany last year? Instead of stories about veterans, what did we hear about, ad nauseum? MEGHAN!!! Look at his and Meghan's trip to Nigeria, allegedly to promote Invictus. What did they do to show the facilities available for the wounded?? NOTHING!!! Did Harry visit any of the veterans' FAMILIES to see how they are managing, and find out what their struggles are? NO!!! Did Harry find out how the veterans are preparing for next year's games? NO!!! Did Harry explore ways in which Invictus could help the veterans with preparations, travel, etc? NO!!! Harry did NONE of that!!! However, what did we hear about, ad nauseum? MEGHAN!!! Harry just takes, Takes, TAKES from Invictus to pay his and Meghan’s ridiculous, extravagant expenses. How many veterans could Invictus have helped with all the money paid to a pair of MILLIONAIRES? Harry didn’t start Invictus on his own, he does nothing to contribute to its success, and he and Meghan are ruining it. That is not worthy of this award. IMO.

The Legend of Aviation award was ridiculous and laughable but tolerated. The Pat Tilman award is a disgrace. A line has been crossed here. People are outraged. Veterans are outraged. Invictus? Harry and his silly wife are running it into the ground. Since 2019, the Invictus Foundation has been in a serious financial decline along with public support. Do the math. I have a degree in Early Childhood Development with 27 years teaching from Pre-School to 10th grade and children with Behavior problems. I believe Harry WAS treated differently. By his mother, his father etc., never been made to account for his behavior by probably everyone and continues to this day. This is what created Harry and helped shape the man he is and his bad behavior continues as he is still not called to account for anything. You know, growing up my generation was taught that people EARN awards. Society now accepts very low standards. For example, it seems it is now a badge of honor to be imprisoned where in my time it was a badge of shame. Why have our standards lowered so that we now live in a fearsome society. Everything has been "dumbed down!". People now cannot speak proper language or even read cursive handwriting! How very sad we have become. And how sad it is that Harry seems to beam when receiving awards he doesn't have to earn. Imagine how proud he could be if he would or could legitimately win an award. Harry is truly a very sad story and Meghan certainly does not add " true" happiness to his life.

I never got participation trophies for sports or academics. I earned them. It makes one feel great, but it’s the doing that really matters. I’m sure Harry has been told how wonderful he is when he’s just a figurehead that talks and walks and tries to draw in donations, but they are lessening due to his controversy and just who he and his wife are. I have a feeling they won’t be getting many more unless bought. And that’s possible and undeserving.

There is a story of when Hazbeen was 4 years old and riding his tricycle in the grounds of Kensington Palace - I think it was. He decided it would be fun to ram his bike wheel into the legs of one of the policeman on duty several times. Being "on duty" the poor policeman was unable to move from his post and just had to put up with the abuse. Apparently Diana laughed at her son's antics. He may have been born angry and perhaps he could have been diagnosed as ADHD, but he has always been a brat. Thank God William was born 1st.

That is a big part of the problem. Diana was not an emotionally stable person. There should not be a time that her two sons are watching or hearing her sobbing for hours. She had plenty of assistance. She should not have been near her children in that emotional state. Diana had many anti-social and narcissistic traits. She encouraged Harry's bad behavior. When he misbehaved, it amused Diana. This in turn encouraged Harry to act rudely. Diana did not discipline him properly. She told him it was OK to lie, to cheat on tests, and to do as he pleased, as long as he did not get caught. Harry was always a bully. The RF always covered up for Harry.
