Ethan Lader done the trilogy Ronnie helped with it all. One of Ronnie's biggest fears is that his daughter Willow will follow his path of destruction. His mom was addicted and left him and his brother at a very young age (1-3yrs). Ronnie was addicted by the time he was a young teen. Ronnie started a band Escape the Fate in early 2000s , they had recorded 1album and toured with it It was huge hit. Ronnie and some friends were involved in fight in the desert in Las Vegas where he lived. A man from the other group pulled a gun and fired One of Ronnie's friends fired back, the young man an 18yr old was killed. Ronnie was NOT involved in that but was arrested because he had brass knuckles in his pocket, FF 2yrs later Ronnie went on tour with his band after being told he wasn't allowed to leave Las Vegas, They considered it violation of probation and issued a warrant for him, once he was apprehended He failed his drug test and was sentenced to 2yrs in Nevada High State Max Security prison. His original band replaced him, he got clean in prison and started Falling in Reverse, Ronnie has been Clean for 12yrs now❤
I’m assuming that when he says “if god we’re real we’d all be free” he’s referring to his friend who was convicted of Murder who I assume is still in prison.

He's talking about wed all be free to believe how we want love who we want and not be condemned by society when we look different or think differently We wouldn't be held down by drugs, or alcohol, or hunger, or poverty, or depression.
@@debbyshannon7242 So were any of them convicted on anything? I know Ronnie was charged with Felony Murder or some shit but I couldn’t find if he was convicted or not. Based on what I’d read, they essentially focused their entire investigation on Ronnie probably due to his status, even though he didn’t do shit. I also heard the other guy fired the first shot.
@@Ericsaidful The only conviction was Ronnie for Misdemeanor Assault and Carrying a concealed weapon (brass knuckles) The 18yr old died he shot 1st, the friend was not charged, 1 others was charged but Ended his life before trial.
That's Ronnie's actual daughter, Willow, who he's said is his saving grace. She keeps him grounded. Willow also appears at the end of Popular Monster,.also signifying the part of his life that gives him meaning.
The other guy is Corey Taylor from Slipknot/Stonesour. He did this for free and didn’t want crediting. The girl is Willow, Ronnie’s daughter, she’s in a few of the videos. The ending I believe where he says “you’ve gotta be f-ing kidding me” is because she ends up going down the same path as him hence the eyes, just like his were when he was high in the videos. I kind of like it more when no one expects Corey Taylor it's just sudden Slipknot Carnage I love it so much, I'm seeing FIR for the first time in September with Avenged Sevenfold and I hope they play Drugs I want to see how the Pit gets during that section everyone better go nuts
@werewolf914 I saw them last year at a music festival, and when they came on, the whole vibe changed! I can't even explain it. It was exillerating, a high almost... I'm sure they'll play Drugs. They played all three from the trilogy, so hopefully, they keep all three in their set.
my man JoeE was so invested by the story he forgot to pause after the first verse lol I knew you would love these as a videographer pov! This was their turning point the start of their epic video and song era! That hes still pushing the limits on everytime! I love these 3 songs so much! But this one hits me hard everytime when he sees his mother and gets into that Michael Jackson ish vocal range .. its just slices right through me ever damn time and Ive seen it or listened to it thousands and thousands of times! I took all these as loop! Like hes stuck in his head constantly playing out his wrong doings. So the first Ronnie loosing his mind from drug addiction and living that crazy rockstar lifestyle and the damage it caused. The second on Loosing my life is after drugs after being sent to Prison for 3 years (all true) and the depression that comes once you are out of that life he felt like he was in a coma the whole time missed his daughter growing up thats why he wakes up on the table and see an older version of his daughter he doesnt recognize her and he cant believe he was asleep on her missing out on her life! So hes battling constantly with his former selve the drug addicted Ronning which was the fight scene at the end of part 2 But no matter how many times he defeats himself the former version is never truly dead always lurking waiting for a chance to pop back up in control .. The 3rd one was him battling not only with himself still but also the "Drug" but hes not talking about actual drugs in this version cause he says everybodies on drugs ..Its the american dream its a killing machine.. hes talking about social media facebook instagram this was before tik tok but twitter and all those toxic sites thats killing you and its murdering me! Its changing the social construct of our society ..But Ronnie has been labeled a bad guy by the mainstream media for ages now! They spread hatred on his name all the time with false claims of murder the biggest one which is obviously not true he did 3 years for a fight or a brawl with several people at a party he got in where someone else had a gun and shot someone and died! Since he was a semi pretty famous guy already back then everyone knew who he was and so his name got dropped the most with being involved as you could imagine. I think he had brass knuckles on him but didnt use them in the fight as far as I know ...So hes just been miss labeled ever since which is where polpular Monster comes in i like to say as the 4th video of the same story in these 3.. Thats a lot of tying for the very short version of Ronnies story But there are some really good documentaries on Ronnie that keep to the actual facts and not follow the fake mainstreams version of Ronnie that will show headlines of all his accusations but never the meat and potatoes of the story Headlines are the same thing as a thumbnail on youtube designed to grab your attention to read the story So just like thumbnails being about 95% of them Clickbait and 180 difference from the actual video if you click on it and watch the same goes for Headline in articles.. So with all his head lines you can make Ronnie look like a super villian in real life a Popular Monster that everyone loves to hate! The REAL Ronnie Radke is a cool mother fucker he interacts with his fans on Twitch all the time genuinely loves and appreciates his fan base hes humble and hes always praising his fans that he will always be grateful for them if you cool with him hes cool with you! But as for his haters!!! lol well thats a differenct story! If you spread hate and lies and fake news about him online and try to defame his plateform he will 100% come after you and make you look dumb as rocks EVERY TIME ask Sebastan Bach the old washed up hasbeen lead singer of Skid Row! lol I love it and the haters all deserve it in my opinion!
Saw the warning at the start and thought Joe's not ready for this lol Great reaction matey :) Edit - The daughter figure is his actual daughter Willow and at the end she's got the white eyes, Ronnie is worried whatever addictive/destructive genes that he inherited from his mum who was a drug addict and left the family have been passed down to her.
From what I got from The Trilogy is: Losing My Mind is him doing drugs living in the moment and finally coming to terms that’s it’s not a life style that is enjoying anymore. Losing My Life is him coming to terms with his past his daughter being the catalyst for his change and trying to be better. Then in the end black hair Ronnie is the addiction and his past are always there in the back of his mind. Drugs is at the end when his daughter has the white eyes it’s him fearing that his addictions may have passed on to his daughter.
You’ll notice CC from Black Veil Brides is there a drummer for this video. The original drummer, Ryan Seaman was fired after it was revealed he had been steeling money from the band. Ronnie wrote “Fck You and All Your Friends” about him.

If you think this was epic story telling just wait till you see I’m not a vampire revamped. Next level video production and story telling. It is a reimagining of a song he did 10 years prior. Maybe do a double feature. Gotta say also as a videographer myself I really enjoy you breaking down videos the way I do. Keep it up brother I’m here for it.

People also don't know Ronnie Made only rap as well back in 2014 and 2013 or 12 I don't remember that much he did that while in Falling in reverse im pretty sure. but Songs Like "Devil" "Asshole" and Blacklist with B.Lay as well as stuff with the old lead singer for Hollywood Undead Deuce i used to listen to all of his old rap songs and others too i kind of miss those days with his mixtape
I don't know if you like horror or not but I'd love to see your analysis of Ice Nine Kills music videos they're a band that bases their newer stuff off of Horror movies and their videos are insane the videos themselves are based off of whatever movie the song is but the awesome unique thing is at the start and end of the video (sometimes just one or the other) they have their own entire pretty much movie playing and the music videos tie into it. Theres 2 different (maybe connected don't know yet) storylines the first is the 'Silver Scream' storyline which starts with the song The American Nightmare (A Nightmare On Elm Street song) and the other is the 'Welcome To Horrorwood' storyline that's all ongoing and that one starts with the song Hip To Be Scared (American Psycho song) Again not sure if you're into Horror but just like FIR their videos are Cinematic quality and insane
The video effect you talk about with the shifting perspectives I first saw on a musical video by Bring Me The Horizon for the song Shadow Moses. Well worth a watch.
Ronnie is NOT talking about drugs he's talking about how we as people when we post something on instagram, Facebook, post a video on RU-vid, or look at the subscriber count we get a temporary high from watching the like count go up, same with the subscriber count, again same goes for the followers we have and we become addicted to looking at that and watching it go up.

It's about drugs, you got that part. Losing my mind: you get the image of him doing drugs and getting high with the lady spitting the black tar in his mouth. Losing my mind: you get the evil reflection of himself living his life while he's asleep and his life flashes before him. Daughter grows up and his premature death. Drugs: him killing that drug using part of himself and comparing his life to how his mom left him for drugs. But the ending is a twist that he thinks he beat his drug addiction but it's a constant battle he must continue fighting.

You commented on the outline techniques they used in this one and mentioned it's time consuming. Interesting thing to me about this video is the similarities it has with Tom MacDonald's "Hang On". Looks to have been shot in the same room. Same as Ronnie talking to his mom in this video. The outlining is prevalent in Tom's "Way Off". The amount of outlining is insane given how much work it is. Plus it's before Tom blew up so all that work for hardly any return. Check it out bro it's an awesome side of Tom that's different from present day Tom. If you saw all 3 videos you'd realize someone really liked the other's style. I'm thinking Tom followed after Ronnie. I don't mean he ripped him off, just a similar image and similar videos. They're bro's I believe so I'm sure they've talked about it. Tom's "Helluvit" is in the same room as the first Trilogy video "Losing My Mind". Lots of overlap with Ronnie and Tom. I'd give anything for that collab album to happen. While in different lanes, to me they are the two most original, interesting artists going today. So cool that they're friends.

In "Losing my mind" he is not ready to change and give up the drugs,. In "Losing my life" he basically admits there is a problem and realizes that he has to do something about it especially for WIllow his daughter. Then in "Drugs" he confronts everything. At the end he is scared that WIllow has inherited his Mother's addiction (herion hence the black eyes) and his drug addiction.
