This Toy Is.....An Experience  

This was the most genius idea ive ever seen, combining a G1 style Optimus with a G2 trailer that is actually Jetfire inspired and they combine into a jet power movie look. Only problem was the tolerances, I handled one once and most of the joints were ok and the clear plastic is not the worse just to tab the grill with the bumper that was a huge pain

Clear plastic for joints should unironically be a immediate sentence to hell

Had the figure for over 2 years. Transformed it quite a few times. No breaks, no cracks. It'll be fine. I also have 2 other versions of this mold (PE Honor Warrior and Dark Warrior) and they're fine as well. Also, if you're looking to get a Ginrai, I definitely suggest getting the Fanshobby. It blows the crappy Hasbro/ Takara versions out of the water.

Wow I wasn't expecting this guy to be a letdown, I was really considering getting him a while ago after missing out on a good deal. Dude, PLEASE, YOU NEED to buy Optus Pexus!

Seeing that Onslaught wave Green Goblin make me live this channel twice as much, and I don’t know how that’s possible

I bought this guy when he first came out a couple of years ago and nothing has broken and i transform him regularly. The shoulders are scary tight and the hinges in the part that folds up into the giant cannon really should have been pinned as they separate very easily. But otherwise he's held up perfectly and looks so damn over the top in an anime way it's hard not to love him.

I really like mine! Edit: Years later my copy is perfectly fine. I've transformed into the various modes many times, as I enjoy the process. I've never felt like the plastic is going to break, it's solid and looks magnificent in combined mode. I highly recommend it.

I'd recommend squirting some silicone oil into all the joints to help them move a bit smoother, I hope that helps a little!

I have the ginri version of it and I love it. It gives me the ability to have PM op, god ginri, and just a chug scale op. I have had mine for about 4-5 months and nothing bad had happened yet. I did actually have the whole set up for the Titans return power master Optimus prime ( Magnus prime from the box set, and two of the pe-upgrade kits) and the chest on it wasn’t clear plastic. I don’t mind it since it looks to be sturdy clear plastic. I do agree there are some parts of the transformation that did scare me (changing the arms from bumper mode to arms) but I think this is a great package it you want an upgraded Optimus w/ a trailer and not having to have an extra figure.

I have this toy and is espectacular

I owned this up till last october when I sold it. It was a great figure, but I do not believe it is superior to studio series 32 or even 44 Prime with the jetfire combinations. For some reason hasbro nails it when it comes to plastic quality.

I bought this figure 2 years ago and it’s still holding up

I have this figure more than 2 years now, the figure still in good shape nothing broke but hand joint a bit loose due to holding the bfg

I wish Wei Jiang still existed. So they could upscale this and make the plastic better

the trailer may seem like you need a lot flexing and things may not stay together and all, but there actually ways for you to make it work. when you insert the jetwing part on prime, it's best that you move the hand straight up, and then slide the jetwing part on instead of simply click it on.

I got mine back in January and he is still really a great figure but I did have to tighten and loosen some joints the good thing is most of them are just need a screwdriver to do it the only issue I had with mine is just the shoulder armor parts because well they look better on then off and I would forget to remove to transform him

its funny you mention wanting the lack of flames on the figure. when this was initially announced. it HAD flames. they removed them due to fan backlash of NOT wanting them.

DOES ANYONE THINK THE PE-DX10 OPTIMUS IS A DESIGN FROM TRANSFORMERS ONE BUT THE ALT MODE IS THE EARTH TRUCK AND NOT THE CYBERTRONIAN TRUCK? AND PLUS THIS COULD'VE BEEN THE DESIGN FOR OPTIMUS IN THE MICHEAL BAY FILMS THIS SEEMS MUCH MORE BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL IN MY OPINION

I think you got a bad copy of the core figure mate had mine some time now and only had problems with the heels or lack there of

I had this liked the look and the idea wish it was done better brittle plastic ruined it for me and it broke

I guess perfect effect isn’t that perfect

Sorry i don’t like this Optimus Prime figure especially the fact that it’s cab windscreen are on his back I hate Prime figures that do that it’s just really uncomfortable
