Mt. Ashland is one of the best mountain bike shuttle locations in the western USA. With paved road access to the top, and over 5000' of vertical terrain with multiple single track descent options, it is truly a destination worth going out of you way for.
Time Warp trail takes a little effort to get out to, forcing you to warm up your legs with a short gravel road climb - but it's well worth the cardio when it comes to the chunky rock gardens, blistering speeds, loamy dirt, and scenic alpine views. Throw in a few rock drops, a few log jumps, and it has all the ingredients of a timeless classic mountain bike trail.
