The About Face foundation is perfection!

Andréa, I bought the AF foundation over a month ago and JUST opened it yesterday, I am in love!! I am only half way through your video, but I want to share that the new(er?) LA Girl setting spray kept my makeup on all weekend while it was in the 90's and humid!! And I am always incredibly oily! It's now my go to ❤

Hi Andrea! The Haruharu Wonder spf in yellow tube (chemical) avail on Amazon and Yesstyle is a natural matte finish spf and I love it. My ultimate fave is the skin 1004 hyalau spf (white bottle, baby blue cap) and is usually on Amazon too…that one sinks into my normal Skin type perfectly, slightly more satin natural but not dewy. ❤

The Elf holy hydration sleep mask is wonderful. I have repurchased several times. Definitely underrated.

The BEST, most affordable, Korean sunscreen is SCINIC which is available on Amazon. It is under $10 and is so smooth and hydrating!!! Everything on earth makes me break out, but not this sunscreen! It is truly amazing (and I have used the Heimish and Beauty of Josean, both of which I enjoyed). Would love to see the Scinic get some love!

If you're using a colorful mascara, you should use a white primer first! I use the elf one and it def helps with the vibrancy.

Andréa, I recommend the sunscreen from the Korean brand Numbuzin, you will love the green one, it is very light, it does not leave a white trace, it has advanced filters and it is fragrance-free 😘

I love Bubble! I had tried so many high end lines prior (DE, Glowrecipe - endless list of high end lines) nothing was working on several stubborn dry patches I had on my cheeks/nose and all around redness. For the heck of it I tried Bubble (laughing at myself a bit because it looks like it’s for teen) It worked! My skin felt amazing after just 4 days of use. I was stunned. Now I use their entire line and I’m never using anything else ever again. I love their Day Dream cream (the vitamin C one) and their Bounce Back Mist which is perfect to spritz your face with before applying the Over Night Moisturizer.

My favorite Korean sunscreen is the Skin1004 madagascar centella hyalu-cica water-fit sun serum. I have a similar skin type as you and it's so nice to apply every morning. Other favorites are the Scinic enjoy super mild essence and the Isntree watery sun gel. Ones I haven't tried yet but are super popular and highly rated are the Roundlabs birch juice one and the Haruharu Wonder ones.

The pretty fresh tinted moisturizer is the only “foundation” I have been wearing for the past month. I love it! Great for summer especially. My underrated product is the it cosmetics bye bye pores loose powder. It is the best powder I have ever used for pore smoothing and it keeps be from getting oily much longer than most powders

Stay strong, I had extremely oily skin with a lot of breakouts for almost 4 decades but now have truly makeup optional skin. Lately all I really use is a pore refining primer on my nose, a dot of concealer under my eyes, and some bronzing drops in my moisturizer. That’s it!!

My holy grail sunscreen is a Japanese brand but after using it for years I can't use any western sunscreens anymore! It's the Root Skin Aqua Tone Up. If you have more tan/medium skin, I recommend the nude color, as the lavender can have a bit of a white tinge, but it's soooo good

That eyeliner duo is the best.

I used to love that color pop pretty fresh tinted moisturizer and just started trying other things and forgot about it. I’m definitely going to pick that up again this summer!

I really love this video idea, please carry on doing it. I love the Colourpop Precision Brow Pencil. I don't make orders alot, but when I do I order loads of those. I really like the idea of the CT makeup bag, but been looking at less expensive ones with a handle as I think that would be a good add on. One day I'd like one of those Dior blushes. lol.

The Loreal Voluminous mascaras are colorful but really toned down. I have the deep violent one and it's the faintest hint of purple

Covergirl has a newer mascara launch in a shade called “Berry Brown” it is perfection (tbf I have red hair, so I don’t know if everyone will love it)

The AF foundation has been my holy grail since it came out! It bumped my former HG the Ulta Complexion Crush out of it’s spot! They both are fantastic!!! The peach undertone foundations are what works on my skin tone.

I bought 2 of those Ulta cream blushes during the last sale too. They are really good! Maybe need to try that Pretty Fresh by Colourpop again. I remember really liking it. Thanks! ❤❤

Love the new elf stuff! I was lucky and scored a one in a melon makeup bag before they sold out on elf website.

I really like Scentbird because the fragrances last so much longer than a month. I wish you didn’t have to pay extra for the case every month. I have to pay around $27/months for one perfume and a new case every time. I don’t want to have to switch out the scents from the same bottle over and over. This month I tried Juliette Has a Gun Not a Perfume and I love it! It’s so nice to be able to get expensive perfumes for a cheaper price and try them out

That elf highlighter stick reminds me a lot of the new Steeler one I just bought, which is in a tube and cost at least five times as much. I will have to order it as soon as I can place an order. I hope it is available in Canada.

I bought the colorpop skin tint for some upcoming weddings. It’s one of the only skin tints without SPF, and I’m not a foundation girlie. I will say it pills with the halo glow mixed in though, but it’s good mixed in with other products 😢

I’ve been so interested in Korean sunscreen and skincare in general, but it’s difficult to find reliable and consistent sources about cruelty free statuses. I want to try the chemical Haruharu sunscreen since I think it would end up working the best on my combo/oily skin without being too dewy and greasy, but I haven’t been able to find either a brand statement or something from a reliable third party (ie, not a random Reddit comment that lists them as cruelty free)

I got the Coconut Sun after a discovery set. It smells amazing!❌️⭕️

I'm honestly surprised i haven't tried scentbird yet. I've always been into fragrances. My summer staple scent has been dolce & gabbana light blue... Since like 9th grade, so like 20 years lol. I've been obsessed with comptoir sud pacifique vanille abricot. I got compliments every single time i wear it!!

Try the colored mascaras from Thrive. They’re pretty toned down, at least the purple/plum on me.

I have used the Bubble day moisturizer and love it. It also works well when I travel...the dispenser is so nifty. didn't know about the night mask so I will have to check that out. I recently discovered Bubble and I am impressed. Mentioning the Olive and June nail strengthener reminded me of an Opi product called Nail Envy. I use it all the time either by itself or under a polish. It has made my nails strong and long. I have used it for years. By itself, it makes my nails look like they have a french manicure. It is pricier than your O&J but I highly recommend. I used Scentbird for a year and now have a generous collection of fragrances. I am taking a break now so I can work through the ones I have. But you are right, it is a great company and has an extensive line to choose from. I bought their box to hold all my tubes...so glad I did. It looks nice on the vanity. It sure was a lot of fun trying out new fragrances and they do last at least a month if not longer. Glad you mentioned them.

Hi Andrea, I have natural long nails and people think they are fake. When someone ask me where I go to get them done, I tell them I don't because they are my natural nails. Then they ask me, what is my secret and I really don't know other than I drink a lot of water and wash dishes by hands. When I started thinking about it, I realized growing up I always had long nails. My Mom had long nails too. The only time I did not have long nails was when I became a Mom. I had to constantly cut my nails to keep them short because they grew so fast. My Mom used to tell me that I worked in a professional environment and I had short nails and did not go to the nail salon. However, she worked in a labor capacity and she took great care of her nails.🤣 I would tell her I did not care. I did not want to grab for my Son and scratch him unintentionally. My Mom died in 2013 and I started growing my nails in 2015 in homage to her. I learned a couple of things during the transition. I learned I could no longer cut my nails with a nail clipper. It causes the nail crack on the sides from the pressure of pressing the nail clipper. Using a nail filer to lower the length is not a good idea either. It leaves the ridges on top of your nail open to snags or form cracks on nails if you have weak nails. I had to find a solution to my problem because I really had a medical issue. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and while I had my nails short, I was not in too much pain. However, my nails are strong and they grow fast. Once they grow past a certain length, they become too painful. I can't bear it. I found the solution. I use glass nail filer. They file my nails fast and it seals the top of the ridges and the sides of my nails so I don't snag them on something because that's also painful. I have to file my nails on a weekly basis or else it hurts. Try using a glass filer, it might feel weird but it really helps nails. 💅🤗💯✌🏽

Skin cleanser for face works so well and my skin loves it. And the body wash. I have pretty sensitive skin. The hair products I love. I go through way more condition but my hair is to my butt. The body lotion I love. I'm also not having dry dry skin. I used to go through a lot of lotion. Love native

I am interested in trying the sunscreen. Have you tried Haruharu wonder sunscreen? I purchased it from Amazon and absolutely love it. It was a recommendation for Angie from Hot and Flashy. It mixes well with makeup and feels nice on the skin.

Andrea! Thank you for mentioning Bubble! I am on my third bottle of their Day Dream tone and texture serum (with vitamin C and niacinamide). It is so lightweight, sinks in almost immediately and my skin has never looked more even toned!!! 10/10!! Also, recently saw L'Oreal put out colored versions of their Voluminous mascara, so I tried the green one and really like it!
