I don’t know, I think Heart is quite legit. I mean how many bands can sing Stairway to Heaven by Led Zepplin without destroying it? Not many. Heart did, and they nailed it! Even Robert Plant, himself, praised them for it. If you have never heard them sing it, you should check it out. It’s awesome.

Too scared to talk to him but I just knew. I found him again when I was 16 and that was the begining of an amazing life together. It will be 33 yrs in May and we have a 25 yr old son that the drs told me I would never conceive. Ive been blessed so many times over the years. God is good.

She was so emotional in this concert, she only did 12 shows for the Belladonna album, at this point she thought her solo career was over, and she had to get back to Fleetwood Mac to do the Mirage album but she was happy to have had a solo career, not knowing at the time that her solo career has lasted til this day, that the edge walk at the end when her fans gives her flowers and gifts, that's has been a tradition of hers since that show...

Double Hall of Famer. Rock Hall of Fame for Fleetwood Mac and her Solo Career.
@brettalan11
@brettalan11 3 года назад
The song was inspired by many things. Tom Petty's then wife talked about how she met Tom at the "age of seventeen" but had such a harsh southern drawl that Stevie thought she said "edge of seventeen" and said she was going to write a song with that as the title. Then John Lennon was assassinated and her uncle, also named John, was very sick and she and her brother were alone in the house with him when he died. Then she also referenced the song from some type of dove that lives in the Southwest and makes a certain sound - and she also symbolizes it as the spirit leaving the body at death. It's a very tragic song in a lot of ways so I think people really can connect on a personal level with what she's talking about and how heavy the song really is despite it being such a rocker.

Goddamn it!!!!! You know, I can easily do a parody video of reacting to the coolest song on the planet for the first time, and pausing it every 5 seconds. During the pause, I will talk for a very very long time - even preach - un-pause it, then 5 seconds later, re-pause it again, repeat. And do it throughout the entire song. Why can't these first-time reactors just let the video play, and then speak to your heart's galore when it is over. You just kill the mood everytime you pause it.
