As someone whose lives in Japan for 9 years, I highly suggest doing the Tokyo Bay night tour. I got so many beautiful photos and it has a wonderful view. It’s a dinner cruise and you take the boat all the way around Tokyo Bay and you can see so many cool places. Glad to see you enjoying Japan!
