I was feeling those 1/10 odds. I think I ended the day with 16 shinies and a hundo, out of maybe 200 checks. Also got a lot done on the field research medal.

I got 15 shinies two were Voltorb.

Not sure if you noticed but there was a joltic in your timed reserch that was a 437, im like 90% sure thats the hundo

I got 2 shiny shadows and my first ever shiny legendary was a Raikou. The sad thing is I have done like 200 legendary raid and 3/5 shinys are Raikou

I got 15 shinies, two of them were 96%, minun, 2 electrike, 5 helioptile, 3 chinchou, 2 blitzle, 1 joltik and a very random nincada I didn’t even know was spawning in the wild

First of all, and most importantly... Thanks for putting a video out for us, even though you're under the weather. I know that must be tough. Know that we appreciate it. As for the lack of shinies and no shadow Raikou, dude...your luck has been off the charts lately! Luck always balances out. You're gonna get the good with the bad. Just the way it is. But that means because yesterday was bad, you have better days ahead of you. Just take it all in stride. I lost a Raikou yesterday too. 😒

My dad was in the hospital Saturday and I was basically in those uncomfortable chairs waiting. Safe to say I didn't want to do the event as much and did I got 8 shiny with the highlight being a random phantump and my dad was doing better

My research day was awesome. Got 10 shines and a hundo plusle and hundo pidgey. But didn't got shiny electrike😅.

I had a good Charged-Up Research day. Although I didn't get the last Helioptile I needed for the set, I was able to snag 2 Electrikes, 2 Blitzles, a Joltik, and a Chinchou. The best catch for the day for me was that my second shiny Blitzle turning out to be a shundo. I was in shock when I saw the cp, which was 378.

This was awesome, I was working so I only had two chances. Clutched a 98% (one off hp) shiny helioptile I evolved him so quick. Could’ve been a sick shundo

I always complain about Niantic game plan, but this time I praise Niantic about charge up research day. Yes we had 5 different electric type Pokemon was boosted shiny rate once field research was done. I had all 5 shiny electric type Pokemon during this event. .

I got 14 shinies. 6 being helioptile. Couldn't get blitzle. But got minun and plusul and later on around 10pm got a random blitzle. So I guess I completed all in the day just not during the 3 hours lol. But to be fair I also did like close to 80 field researches. And the wild spawns seem to be more fruitful and less energy exerted lol😅

ended up getting 12 shinies but i we ended 1hr early, didnt get my Chinchou unfortunately

I got 4 from research (2 chinchou, 1 joltik and 1 electrike) - 1 shundo chinchou, and a wild shiny nincada and voltorb Normally research days are not good for me so this was crazy!

I ended up getting a ton of shinies, 18!!! One included a plusle and a shiny shadow Raikou on raid #2. I'm sorry you are sick and your event wasn't as great but thank you for the content!!!!

I got 2 shiny electrike, 2 shiny chinchou, and 5 shiny helioptile(one of which was a 98%). I already had a shiny joltic from when it got released so I only missed the shiny blitzle

Sorry that you had such bad luck. I could only play for like a half an hour with the .99 cent ticket....and still got 2 shiny Helios, one shiny Joltik, and a shiny, tiny Electrike. I guess that kinda makes up for me not getting anything during the last global. Hope that you are feeling better!

Catch rate on raids are literally horrible (at least fr me) lost 6 legendary in 7 days and I'm assuring you I throw balls pretty good, I mean literally almost every throw excellent or close to excellent (grate) but still lost... but for 2 months I'm really really bad IV from raids,, yup really bad🙃

Yes I agree I should commend u for the run for the shadow raid to be honest I ran for a shadow raid (though not a legendary one) and I got disappointed by the shadow raid too however i caught it but i transferred it after so I guess we are on the same boat right? I went for the lizard just like u but I ended up getting 2 of them and an Electrike that was shiny plus a glameow that was shiny for me. All and all a decent event for me and got the shiny on the first task of the field research. I hope u can redeem yourself someday. Also the shadow raid was a level 1 but not happy with it. I’m glad I did the raid though I hated the iv’s for it. I ❤ this vid from u. Safe to say I feel ur pain (not the sickness) but hey. Murkrow and Pineco that are shadows can be shadies. Or shadow shiny from shadow raids. Btw this is how to spell Characadet so thought u were bang on.

I got 1 Hundo Helioptile and a shundo Electrike. First time I have ever caught a shundo. And I got every single thing shiny wise that I wanted from the event.

I was able to play for about 45 minutes but since I have a lot of pokestops near my job I was able to get 9 shinies including 5 blitzle which was my main target. So good day overall

Didn’t get a single shiny from research. Also my friend and I walked around for 4 hours before realizing we could buy increased shiny rates

1/10 sounds like a bad joke i literally got 3 shiny helioptile only from the 1$ ticket, i was out for the entire duration and didnt find a single shiny :')

Outside of the IVs, I had the same result as you for the $1.00 research. No shiny helioptile and a shiny chinchou.

I also did 40+ research tasks only 1 shiny joltik lol luck wasn’t on my side but it was pretty fun regardless

For once I had a great research day. Grinded for an hour and got 13 shinies ✨ for comparison I went 0 for 55 checks at stunfisk research day 😅

Typically I dont have the best of luck with research day as well. But I got 11 shinies and 2 hundos (1 wild).

i've gotten 24 shinies at around >200 checks? 3 hundos and 1 shundo - Joltik. I had no intention on coming out for this day but i'm glad i did.

I got a Hundo joltik first check shiny helioptile and shiny chinchou with about 30 checks

that's crazy but I got like 5 shinies just from the researches alone and got two heliopatiles

I was able to get a helioptly on my first check of the event and I was super hyped someday over the rainbow you will get the shiny 😂

I didn’t get one shiny from research but did get 2 from daily incense and shadow shiny raikuo

I did the blitzle path and didn’t get a shiny, my luck was horrible

My research day was awful. Picked Blitzle, got one from field research. Not the ticket I payed for. Not a single shiny Helioptile or Joltik. Got a random shiny Voltorb, two chinchous which I already had one, and two electrike. Cool, but it wasn't what I thought. Did so many tasks, and no hundos.
