I feel the same way about the newer shows and movies the more crapy movies/shows they make the more i lose intrest in Star Wars (i mean Star Wars will always be my faverote thing but still losen intrest in watching anything they make nowadays)(and some people might not agree with me on this take but Star Wars BF2 2017 is my faverote game of all time and im hoping some day in the future they continue the series or at least reboot it...again. lol
Lets face it the Acolyte was worse 100 times than the "sequels" and thats saying something. I mean how can a company allow such a pile of trash and their clown actors attacking the fans on top. Mando I + II I enjoyed though and Andor hat some good stuff as Clone Wars rescued. Also they should see that SW hardcore fans are 90%+ men. I mean how many female players do you know here. I know 1 perhaps 2 atnost in 7 years.
I think the original Star Wars movies trend toward a kid audience, but have elements that adults can enjoy. The franchise was doomed when Lucas made that shiddy kids movie (Episode 1), and has been going downhill ever since. The gruesome nature of number 3 didn't take away enough of that "Kid Movie" ick 1 and 2 served up for me, and I was just glad the story ended. Rogue One was alright.
