I had covid over Christmas, New Years and my birthday! I swear literally everyone I know had it! It’s just wild right now. It sucks but in a weird way, we’re all in this together🥰 this genuinely was so wholesome, positive and just such good vibes!
Aww bless you guys♡♡ I know by now you've been home and been able to do belated Christmas with Zoe which I'm pleased about for you both! I suppose it's just a day after all, when you do the nice things doesn't matter as much as doing them! I can imagine that about covid in the UK..I knew at least 4 people who had it over Christmas. One friend had to isolate from his family in the house for the day bless him. I text him to see how he was he said his brother had tested positive too so he had company now 😅😅 you're both so sweet and lovely, as you say at least you had each other...and sense of taste 😂
i also tested positive for covid (on christmas eve), spent my christmas isolating in my room on facetime to family, so i definitely sympathise! but we all made the best of it, so that's what counts :) happy 2022 guys

Everyone, and I mean everybody in my family with the exception of my eldest sister and me, got covid this Christmas! My mum, my sisters, my aunts and uncles, my niece, my cousins and nephews, my dad and his wife got it! I mean everybody!!!! Haven't lost anyone yet, thank goodness, but it put the kibosh on any celebration! Glad you have remained so positive and cheerful! Hope this year is better than the last!

My sister in law and three of her family had Covid over Christmas in England, I am in Canada and my son came a week before Christmas and brought it with him. So he spent 10 days in the basement with us bringing meals to the stairway and doing facetimes with him, and us having to quarantine with him. So many people had it over Christmas. It is a Christmas that years from now you will tell your kids about!
I hope that extra stay didn't make you like Finland any less, we try our best 🥺 and I hope you'll come see the land of a thousand lakes (~188k) in the summer some time too! Wishing you a better start to 2022 than the end of 2021 was 🤍
You guys always make the best of a bad situation. I week before Xmas my cousin was killed in a motorbike accident and due to COVID my only child has been stuck on the other side of Australia for the past 3 Xmas’s. It sucks but I’m so grateful for the positive things in life. I miss her so much and just know our borders have been shut even further if that’s at all possible. so sorry you got your christmas ruined ☹️ glad you made it into a more positive experience tho! i’m finnish and i got covid from somewhere (even tho i wore a mask everywhere and didn’t even visit any restaurants etc. so i still have no idea where i got it from) and had to spend christmas quarantining… thankfully i still live with my parents so i didn’t have to be alone 😩 also somehow my parents didn’t get covid from me so that was a plus too!

Hope Dianne got better quickly I got COVID 3rd December 2021 first time had symptoms felt so rough and had both vaccines 💉 ruined so many plans it sucks feel u, love your holiday vlogs and Finland is the best winter holiday 😂😂 I send my love and best wishes to u all. 🥰🥰🙂🙂

the snow has to be wetter to actually build a snowman! It doesn't really work when it's too cold outside. When it is a bit warmer, the snow gets wetter and you can build an actual snowman that holds still too! You had too cold weather as the snow looks like it's a powder that doesn't stick together.
