I was in Tokyo Dome last week and saw Togo keeping the Giants alive for 7 inning. Sadly their offense couldn't make it and the game end with 2-1 for Yokohama. The atmostphere at a Japanese baseball game is amazing.

I'm currently watching two games at the same time ( Hawks - Lions and Ham - Orix ) and it still seems like nothing is happening. Both are 0-0 in the 4th. That damn dead ball! Also, please keep the great videos coming.

Serious question. Do NPB players spit everywhere on the ball field like in MLB? I noticed Ohtani spitting into a cup while the entire dugout is just spitting on the ground.

generally no, japanese players are taught from a young age to be respectful of the field and facilities

I enjoy the dead ball style of play much better. I get sick of dudes jacking homers out all the time. I wanna see the hitters have to work for it. Play some small ball.
