@@Blaze-jl7pj I walked around my campus during the ponyta community day event and just happened to bump into them. I guess just go to any area you think might be populated with players during an event? :)
@@ChaloopaJoe I don't really know but I guess I should try, thanks. Getting close to a gym with a raid active could be a good idea? Also, I'm happy you got a group to enjoy raids
Where has this channel been all my life!?!?! This format is fantastic and is really informative. You earned a subscriber within the first few minutes. Thank you SO much!
seems like a great week. and these videos are so fantastic -- some of my favorite pogo videos to watch overall. thanks so much nd have a good time playing!
Shiny Zahhhh-cian cracked me up. I appreciate the info. I'm not sure how to help distinguish between how many counters Groudon will take with level 30 counters, vs. maxed out counters, but I like that you shared it for newer players or those at non-addicted levels. :)
It can be done with 2 or 3, for sure. It’s a shame the raid pass gets used up if the raid is failed. Would be a much friendlier system if it worked like Max Battles.
dude, love the format of this content. Delivers the info in a way that SUPER useful for me. 2 notes from my personal pov and maybe others would also find it beneficial but not like "YOU DEF HAVE TO DO THIS" 1) could you title/format each event so they stand out a bit easier on the day? Like "Research Day" is bold so it stood out on the Saturday and my eyes were able to find it easier. But Wed the psychic and raid events took me a second to be like aaa yes then and there. Color, bold, a line, idk something that helps draw the eye easier. 2) does it make sense or is it possible to subtitle the video? With the static image, having the words to read if i choose might be nice BUT i understand they might block info behind them. Maybe on social or shorts video versions? Do you do these on social? thanks again! :D
Thanks for the suggestions! Delivering the info in ways that people can best absorb and reference back to is my goal. I like the idea of highlighting events better, and think I know how I’ll do that for the next one. As for subtitles, I do include the full script in the CC, you may just have them turned off.
As for other platforms, I’m just focused on RU-vid right now because it’s what I know and use myself. I’m pretty short on time, but would like to expand out to other socials soon.
Every December there’s a Community Day Weekend which features all the Pokémon that had a Community Day from the past 2 years. During that time, you can evolve any of them to their final form with their Community Day moves, and they’re available to catch, hatch, or research.
You can do Groudon with 3 people. Me and my two friends are lvl 36-39 and we each only had a Kyogre, Dawnwings Necrozma and Rayquaza as good counters. Rest of the mons were average: Kartana, Gyrados, Primarina, Darmanitan, Mamoswine and worse. None of our Pokemon were maxed out but decently power upped.
Not true that it takes a minimum of 4 trainers to take down Groudon. Did it with 3 last night and the Groudon was weather boosted. Trainers were L43, L42, and L33. L33 did not have good counters. The other two had high level Kyogre's and some high level Grass types, no megas on the field. Did get the benefit of Party Power and there was still about 25% of the clock left when the groudon went down.
Definitely doable with 3. My minimum is based on level 30 Pokémon, no Mega, no friend boost, no legendary, no shadow, no weather boost. Experienced players don’t need raid guides.
In rural areas or anywhere that doesn’t have many active players, you can actually force the raids to delay. I regularly show up to a spot I like to raid at around 615 and the raids suddenly appear at that point with fresh 25 min timers. If I stay there, the next set will pop around 645. I’ve even started super late and had them pop up just minutes before 7. It won’t do a second round at that point, though.
@@PokeeSeanGO yea those are the Gyms that were blocked by other raids before 6 for raid hour, ya so those are the odd ones. but ya all open gyms starting at 6 if open will be raid hour Pokemon. then any gym that was blocked and say it ends at 6: 27. will be a raid hour pokemon +5min after it ends.
They could have been blocked, but they’re also just inactive without players nearby. You can check Campfire and see there are no raids in an area, then go there with the game open and trigger the raids yourself. I live in the boonies, so I do this all the time.
August had a Beldum Community Day Classic. That means it will be included in the December Community Day, which is a combined comm day of all the past 2 years of Pokémon that had comm days.
It’s a bit of a mess, actually. It’s over 2 days, and some Pokémon will be in the wild, some in eggs, and some in research. Different Pokémon on each of the two days.
I’ll add that next time- was an oversight by me this time. Raikou is 4 trainers, with non-legendary, non-shadow. Make sure they have Gems to suppress enrage. I’ve heard the Gems are glitching out for some people, though.
Nicely done. My "raid guide" is based on Lvl 30, non-shadow, non-legendary, non-mega Pokemon, for players who don't have the best stuff yet. Anyone who's been playing a while doesn't really need a raid guide.
As stated and shown in the video, the raid guide is for level 30 Pokemon, non-shadow, non-legendary. Anyone who can duo Groudon doesn't need raid advice.
Let’s go I’ve been needing a lot of machop candy cause I got really lucky a while back and got a bunch of pretty good shadow machops I’ve been meaning to evolve and power up
