This Week in Sportsball: NFL Week Seventeen Edition (2021) 

I always said “Aaron Rodgers is good for 10 wins.” After watching Hard Knocks in the pre-season, I adjusted my thinking. “Aaron Rodgers is good for 12 wins, Mike McCarthy is good for negative 2 wins.”

I'll never forget Big Ben holding me by the legs helping me with my first keg stand. As a Bengals fan, I hated him for years. As a football fan, I'm glad to say I saw him play.

As a Browns fan, this season was crushing. I remember the Browns being ranked 4th in the playoff predictions and bought in so hard. Then everything fell apart. I am very happy for Cincinnati, though; at least we'll have one team in orange to root for.

Best part about a 17-game season: an extra episode of Sportsball! Yea-yuuuuhhhh!!!

The madlads actually did it. The Eagles actually made the playoffs. I'm so proud of them. EDIT: And before anyone says "yOu'Re GoNnA lOsE iN tHe FiRsT rOuNd" like I've heard all week, you're the same people who predicted that we'd only win like 4 games this year. We're playing with house money. Making it to the playoffs in Year 1 of a rebuild is an incredible accomplishment. The alternative is being the Giants or Jets.

As an Eagles fan, this season has far exceeded my expectations. I'm just happy they made the playoffs in a rebuild year. I'm already satisfied. Anything else is bonus.

Well, I see that San Francisco and Los Angeles are playing for all the marbles once again. SF is looking to get in the postseason, while LA is looking for a division crown. This will not end like how the NLDS ended.

Even if it didn't really mean much in the grand scheme of things going to that cold bears vs giants game for my first ever NFL game was so worth it. I got to see some of the funniest history in sports be made.

Jacksonville has become the Ottawa Senators of football. So close to earning a chip they could almost taste it, then an abrupt crash into years upon years of pain.

The Ravens went from #1 in the AFC to virtually eliminated in a matter of weeks. One of the worst collapses in recent memory.

I like how right before the obligatory "don't get eliminated" is baker throwing the pick to end the green bay game. That was truly when the browns eliminated themselves.

As a Jacksonville fan, I am willing to take an L for the final game just to deny both the Ravens and Steelers any sort of solace for this football season.

The Chiefs/Bengals game was the best game of the week, by far.

When you said "Unsung heroes" at the end of the Raiders segment, I forgot for just a moment that this is the 2021 season, and we as fans cannot have nice things. I should have known better. When you dropping the Hobbs bomb I started laughing uncontrollably. A+ content as always.

For all of his flaws as a person and his late stage decline, I’m glad that Ben got a hero’s goodbye, I’m gonna miss him. I’m glad he got to close out his career with a home W over the Browns, it’s very fitting

Honestly, the fact that the Bills can pull off a win when Josh Allen is having an outright shitty game is what I really liked out of this week.

I'm proud of my falcons this year, we had no receivers and no o-line. But we had a star emerge at RB and our CB's are the best they have been in a long time. We need some fresh talent but I think we will be ok in a few years

For as absurd as this season has been, it came at the cost of an underwhelming tank-off. But hey, Days of Our Steelers is still alive

the "Falcons eliminated shot" was truly perfect lmao. But all things considered us falcons fans have a lot to look forward to 7-2 in one score games going from 4th overall pick to almost making the playoffs in his first season. Defense looks SOOOOO much better than at the start of the season under peas and Pitts is a stud like everyone thought (just need that ground game and to replace some of this trash oline and watch out :) ) all in all its a step in the right direction and i cant be too upset about it.
