Here's my tip but you probably already have plans in place for this. Make the dumbwaiter at least twice as strong and probably twice as big as it needs to be. You KNOW that at some point a child and possibly an adult, possibly even you, will 'have to try out' the dumbwaiter by getting inside and going up and down. This may become a frequent activity, plan ahead for it and build it strong. The place is coming along and looking good. Have a great weekend Anthony
