Been fixing sewing machines for 20+ years. Lithium grease just makes a mess on/in them too. Name sounds cool? Product doesn’t work for the application. Thanks for the video

just spray two needle bars with lithium...now i have two clean it out...had a tech that i thought was dependable he just wont come anymore, paid him never had heavy stuff to do,thought all was good

would it apply to the lithium white grease in paste type too?

Hello. The paste is fine. If you live in a humid area we'd recommend using marine grease to help with rust. We do use a multi-purpose grease as well as marine grease.

Hello we do not recommend using sprays but using the Multi purpose paste. You can find it at any automotive store or section.

What do you think of silicone all-purpose grease? It's white and this is one reason I decided to use it.... Also, lithium is a known carcinogen, so that is another reason to NOT use it, anywhere....!

Thanks, again. Got some garage-door grease (hinge-grease) from the hardware store. It's fine. I wasn't using the other, really... only once, because I didn't couldn't find the usual grease. It probably ended up in the trash can with so many parts and threads...

White lithium is bad bad news for your machine! You're adding a grease that's not recommended. By the way your adding too much. Hey guys, Hire me as a consultant. I can teach you more than you already know.
