Unless Rengar's ult is different on the PBE, The Ultimate Hat scales multiplicatively with your normal cdr. At 6:06, the c/d is 51s with the fully stacked ultimate hat and 40%cdr. The normal c/d is 100s, and 100*(1-0.4)*(1-0.15)=51s, whereas 100*(1-0.55)=45s At 7:28, the c/d is 35.7s with and 40% cdr. The normal c/d is 70s. 70*(1-0.4)*(1-0.15)=35.7s So, actually the cdr on the ultimate is 1-(1-0.4)*(1-0.15)=49%, an effective improvement of 9%.

The fact that NB team has 69 kills, while 54 of those were his, and that the enemy team still got 62 kills, while 4 of them being NB and 2 of those (at least) being suicide to kill someone at base, leads me to believe his team wasn´t just carried, we lack words in our dictionary to express how hard he carried those 4 deadweights
