For best results, line the baking tray with parchment instead of greasing. If you grease it should be very lightly as the cookie dough had a high "butter" content and will spread more on a heavily greased tray. Additionally, they should not be overbaked but have a light golden colour. They bake very quickly. When dipping in chocolate, lightly scrape off the excess chocolate on the back of the cookie against the side of the chocolate bowl/pan. To drizzle and create less mess, line up the cookies close to each other and drizzle lightly, you can use the smallest writing nozzle or make a cone or put the chocolate in a plastic bag and cut off a tiny piece of the corner of the bag and then drizzle. Turn the tray and drizzle in the opposite direction. That will give a more aesthetically pleasing and tidy finish.
