I already ordered a unit, and I'm still waiting for it. But I'm sure this will work wonders, especially for my N64. Now, if only the manufacturer could make similar adapters for the Sega consoles (namely the model 2 Genesis and the Saturn).

The reason that there was lag in the audio from the LG monitor was it was being fed from HDMI. Digital audio has more lag then analog audio. The Dell monitor was being fed with composite so you where getting analog signal from the cable in turn didn't give the lag that the digital audio has.

Our house has a backyard patio outdoor TV that mirrors the living room TV with HDMI splitters so when the weather is nice we can watch/play outdoors anything we run indoors. It’s a life hack for BBQ parties or when the kids want to play games while the adults watch sports. Currently it’s only setup for cable TV, streaming, and the Wii U but now we can use the N64 with wireless controllers. Cool product!

I had a TV that video in and out so I would reroute my feed to another tv too, slick times

Nothing official that I’ve ever seen… but trust me we had ways of jerry-rigging these sorts of setups back in the day! Usually with an obnoxious combo of video splitters 😂

I used this to simultaneously output composite, S-Video, and RGB SCART into my RetroTINK 5X.

The B for Business Dell monitor making a cameo 👍. Still using mine 😎

Seems really cool if you're specifically using one system, but if you're utilizing more than 1, feels like a composite/component signal amplifier is the better bet?

I love this idea! I keep a Commodore 1702 and a Trinitron side by side to compare Aperture Grille vs Shadow Mask and this is perfect for concurrent output

You can just use splitter cables. I did this in the 90s. I played snes on 3 tvs at the same time stacked like a mini pyramid.

I used to record gameplays like 15 years ago but I would just use it on VCR so it would be like on a VCR tape and it would be like a full playthrough of a game such as crusaders that might and magic on ps1

Would this work on a RGB modded Nintendo NES front loader?

Honestly, I can see myself buying this just to cut down on cables, and to make it easier to replace cables. Don't need to buy an S-video, nor a regular composite multi-out cable, I can just use whatever dirt-cheap composite or S-video cables and plug them into that device and be ready to go. The only potential issue is it might droop a lot on the GameCube since that multi-out is way higher from what I remember.

The only Nintendo console with the multi A/V out port that had component was the GameCube and that used the digital A/V port for that.

That Dell looks awful. I have one that I use as well, but rewatch your video and check out the bottom portion of the Dell screen and the colors / details compared to the other TV. 😮
