The Me 262 A-1/U4 Pulkzerstorer in War Thunder is a German WW2 Jet that has a tank cannon in the nose. Yes, that's right. A jet from WW2 that had a 50mm cannon as a gun.
The Me 262 Narval as it's known in War Thunder is an infamous WW2 Jet that can easily dispatch enemy ground targets with the 50mm auto loading cannon. This gun can penetrate over 100mm of armour and even has explosive filler. For those of you adventurous enough, it also has a HE belt for hunting down bombers or other enemy planes!
The Me 262 A1U4 is pretty unique in the game. No other jet in War Thunder has this kind of setup other than some lower calibre HVAP rounds. What makes the Narval Jet unique is that it has an actual full bore 50mm barrel that fires actual anti-tank projectiles.
This WW2 Jet had a tank cannon, literally!

the whole point of the 50mm cannon in the nose actually wasn't for tank-killing, but it was actually built for the purpose of quickly and efficiently destroying b-17's without wasting much ammo and risking the pilot and his plane from prolonged engagements.

I wish we had separate battle ratings for Air and Ground. Used to be one of my favorite planes in air RB but now it comes down to luck whether I hit the enemy plane or not because they had to make it less effective in tank RB :(

pulkzerstorer basically translates to bomber killer/interceptor, that kinda thing. So that gun was meant as a one and done anti bomber weapon, that just happened to work wel on tanks. It's like the flak 88 in that aspect, designed for one thing, but somehow works really wel against targets totally different than what it's been designed for.

@@sangomasmith that's awful, with 150 I have fun, but I don't play if it is over 200. Try using lan and upgrading your internet connection, since i have optical fiber my connection to far away servers have improved a lot.

This plane I'd honestly my favorite ground pounder in the game. I've gone games where I've gotten 5+ kills in it. I bring it up to 7.3 and I still get kills. If you are looking for a high teir german ground pounder then this is exactly what you are looking for.

@@maggyyolokraut1941 but it is at a higher br then the 262. This isn't much of a problem but sometimes I genuinely felt like I was cheating the game by killing so many players. And don't forget you need to constantly re arm. You can get a few good runs at a time with the 262

The modeling of the 50mm in the nose is actually quite accurate. When a large caliber gun (for an aircraft) is mounted so far forward in the nose. It introduces a lot of airframe flexing when firing and jerks the barrel around a lot. Think of a person with a thin frame firing a .50 caliber rifle standing up. Not going to be very precise.

Always listen to your doctors and not some phool online. My friends gf had a sever, and quite painful, kidney infection. She took two different antibiotics without much success. However, she took blood pressure medicine-even though she didn't have high bp- which coupled with a 3rd antibiotic worked miracles. Professional body builders often suffer kidney infections due to high blood pressure, the kidneys are very sensitive to bp. Again, don't take this advice, I just told her about the correlation of blood pressure and kidney health; essentially, the kidneys were able to relax just enough to let the antibiotics work. The human body is complex and symbiotic, often ailments are linked to numerous things (not a single cause).
