Arya Realty is heavily promoting what looks to be a Multi-Level Marketing hybrid Ponzi-scheme, while he guarantees a MASSIVE profit and advises his viewers on where to put their money.
Just one problem. Statements like that? Widespread public investment consultation? You need to be a licensed financial advisor for that, else you risk 10,000 dollar fines, and up to 5 years in prison for every victim individually.
He is heading for a HARD fall.

At least AMC stock you can pull what little money is left after a day back out. Tile land is literally a straight pipe from your bank account into the asshole of someone who should make all other carbon-based life forms embarrassed to be associated even through something as uncontrollable and minute as their physiology and chemical makeup. Whatever the fuck any of that means or doesn't mean, i don't care. I'm saddened for people who are throwing away hard earned money that could be what would have kept the lights on or food in their bellies. I feel a little abrasive towards the scammers. @@justblaze4707 the amount of information that they require from an "investor" is just insanity. all this information could lead to your identity being stolen, and that's not a fun process to try to recover from. i think the pandemic has led to so many people being in such a desperate financial situation that they'd be more open to the possibility that an "investment" can make them loads of money. it's a sad state and i feel sympathy for the people who are being preyed upon.

People that pull this shit take money from people who already can barely afford to live, that's why they can be eager to jump on, because they're already barely living. If a scammer takes money from someone, and that person dies because they're now homeless, or can't afford treatment or food, then the scammer is no better than a killer in my mind.

The first three letters don't really correspond to the style of game. Only that it's big, more than one player, and online. Good enough answer for you? (I do not know if this is a joke since the internet does not offer tone, and if it is, it's the second time recently someone's tried to call me in comments without using the term, an idiot. You know, UEG, you've always been a person that stands on their own, apart from every other youtuber in my eyes. Mostly for your language, which is noticeably richer than almost any other youtuber I know, but also because of how informed you are on the topics you cover and because of the lengths you go to to ensure that all your investigations and researches are as thorough as humanly possible. You really stand out, at least in my opinion. But this video is different. This video makes me think of how you are amazing as a human being. Also, before I forget, Josh Strife Hayes brought up an interesting point that we may not be able to call this verbatim a pyramid/ponzi or MLM scheme based on how the ecosystem works. Is it a scam? Oh, most certainly. But what kind of scam? The legal system may have to come up with a new term for it. He goes fairly in depth into it too.

As someone who works with the tools FINRA and SEC use to audit the financial industry, words and phrases like "guaranteed", "you will get something" and others are literally in the default list of phrases that get flagged and reported. I cringed hard when I heard that dude giving advice, because what he said would put a company under the microscope and get them fined *big time* for such a thing. Many of these things are automated, but in a case like this (if it were a company for example), is so blatant it would warrant a real human investigate and start combing through their communications.

Couple of tips: Fines are assessed by the government on behalf of the government. When a law is broken, the state who made the law is the aggrieved party. This may or may not be grounds for a civil case for the victims, but that will be a matter of tort law and separate to the fines. Also, it would be important to your analysis to look through the case law history and commentary with regard to how a law has been used and which precedents were set. Love your channel and appreciate the work. You're as solid an analyst as I've ever seen.

I've avoided even some basic economic education because my dad was a CPA and I tried really hard for most of my life to avoid getting pulled even remotely in that direction, so this whole thing just bloody confused the hell out of me. On one hand, I now have to look up the difference between a Ponzi scheme and an MLM scheme, which I have always assumed was, at least effectively, the same thing. But mostly, it's that I can't wrap my head around the value in something like this, or even what value people _see_ in something like this. From what I can tell, there's no intrinsic value to any of it--at all--beyond what investors decide to put into it. At least something like diamonds, which I've often been told aren't worth nearly what the market wants for them, are something physical...something that you can hold in your hands. Or do the creators of this imagine that they've basically recreated the stock market in their own image? I wish I understood things like this better.

This Earth 2 saga has been absolutely wild to follow from that first live stream with BigFry and the "investor" from the UK who he had that crazy Discord conversation with while dude had a mental breakdown all the way up until right now has easily been some of the most entertaining content I've seen on RU-vid in quite a while. Also that "you got your wish buddy" moment got me fired up! Keep up the great work, I'm glad your putting them on blast and openly holding these individuals accountable.

Dude that was a hell of a burn, also I am fairly certain that I did see the moderators of the discord for earth 2 about this guy conversing with the devs, now if that comment is still there or not it would have been around the time they had a chat with bigfry in there after his video went live on this whole mess. Anyways thanks for sticking up to who knows how many on bringing this out to light so that others don't end up stuck in this scheme.

@@jimmorrison2783 it is important to note that _actual_ snake oil, made from Chinese water snakes, does have benefits, primarily as an anti-inflammatory. The problem is that _real_ snake oil was both hard to find and expensive to import, so the so-called "snake oil salesmen" would essentially put any random oil in a bottle, claim it was snake oil, and sell it at a profit.

I work in financial advice and one the biggest problems i get is that my customers have major trust issues with financial advisors. Why is that? It's because of shit like this. Lying arseholes taking advantage of the vulnerable giving us all a bad name. All my customer interactions are recorded , entire interviews are then checked by my employer for any evidence i have been "non compliant" with our regulations, if i gave advice on something i am not qualified on i could lose my job on the spot!
