It’s got shorter headers compared to the previous so if you go and change sprockets and stuff for more top end won’t you incur into serious issue if you keep pushing it then ?!

Headerpipe diameters (as Brock's Performance has proven over and over again) are critical in making good exhaust flow. Factory often runs inner diameters that are too small. You can have a 6-inch diameter mid pipe and muffler but if your headers are small, the restriction remains. Nevertheless, emissions standards get worse and worse, and manufacturers are taking the shortcut route of re-profiled cams (less top end) to address emissions. Makes me wonder if the 2005-2006 cams would fit in this late engine.

my '23 zx6r has the cat cut out and a slip on just like that '24. I have a dyno chart that says its just over 120 whp, but Idk how accurate that is. It definitely seems reasonable if this ones at 119 👍

So I live in Massachusetts and we have the most strict laws on and off road. Would that Hayabusa/h2 winner bike be alright to ride here? The cops here will pull me over doing 40 in 30 all day long and God knows what they'll do if they hear me with one of those Idk

I’m new to all this but why are dynos always done in 5th gear? I always see him do the dyno in 5th not 6th. can someone explain?

Quick question. From what I gathered the mods on the bike have to match a specific ECU Flash am I right? 1 ECU flash does not fit all bikes with different mods correct?

There is no universal flash. Each bike is different and mods just make them more unique. So you need to make changes to the flash and tunes to fit said bike

For bikes yes that's a decent amount. Equivalent to say 20-40hp on a car.. also it's tuned so all restrictions are gone mostly

It's relative to displacement. For a Honda Grom with 125cc engine, just 1 or 2 horsepower is a very large percentage of what it normally makes. For a ZX-14R with a 1,441cc engine, just 1 or 2 horsepower is nothing, a tiny percentage, and you'd see more fluctuation on a daily basis with weather conditions, drive chain, engine oil, tire pressure, fuel quality, dirty injectors, etc.

@@exothermal.sprocket ​ Yea, I get the percentages. We're looking at about a 4.3% increase in HP so not too bad percentage wise, would be like adding almost 30 HP to a 720 HP engine. But I'm asking is that 5 HP really something you could feel when you twist the throttle?

​@Ryan_H22 no, but the mods and tune will impact the performance in other ways than just peak power, you might make 5hp more peak, but make less torque in the low and midrange (feel slower) or more torque everywhere (feel faster)

Aprilia, Ducati, KTM, BMW run ECU brands that aren't quite the same as Japan's bikes. Woolich doesn't make software to read/write most of those.

I said it as soon as they dropped it; not only is it ugly..but they made it slower 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ they fumbled hard, the 2019-2023 ZX6R looks great & all it needed depending on who yu ask is the tft dash but they had to go & create this slow ugly ZX6-(1199)R 😂

2 Wheel Dyno Works 2024 ZX6R w/ full exhaust, stacks puts out 128 hp, and is tweaking it more to hit 130 hp.
