I made this yesterday and loved it so much I made myself another one today for lunch. I used frozen Tilapia, 1/3 of a bag of ready Quinoa (garlic with chickpeas in it), 1/3 of a zucchini chopped, some grape tomatoes cut in half, frozen blend of chopped celery-onion-green pepper mix, parm cheese, nutritional yeast, Cholula hot sauce, and S&P. It was so good! The garlic in the Quinoa made it so flavorful!

How does this taste so amazing?! And why haven't I ever known about cooking this way?! I used frozen salmon, cooked at 415 for 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing. Zucchini, cabbage and broccoli done perfectly. Added seasoned quinoa afterwards

Can these be cooked in a microwave? I don't have an oven at work and I love having hot healthy meals and I am looking for something that can replace my unhealthy freezer/microwave meals from the grocery store.
