i spent entirely too long on this dumb joke radiohead song: • Radiohead - Daydreaming join my patreon: / briandavidgilbert this is where brian david gilbert is: / briandavidgilbert / briamgilbert / briamgilbert
Now I like to imagine Thom as a child like I can think of so many situations. “Come on Thomas take your NyQuil” “This is a foul tasting medicine” “Thom did you break this vase?” “I have no idea what you’re talking about” “I’m going to get some things from the store, do you want to come with me and get some McDonald’s?” “It’s gonna be a glorious day” “Ok honey we need to do your homework.” “2 and 2 always makes a 5” “Are you sure?” “I might be wrong” “Thom I’m sorry but the tooth fairy isn’t real” “Now you’ve stolen all the magic” “Thom did you break the computer?” “This machine will, will not communicate” “Thom where’s the cat?” “She’s running out the door” “Thom you need to eat your dinner before you can get dessert.” “Not my problem give me some” Yes I did one from every album. Yes I tried way too hard. Yes kid a was the hardest.
"Alright, class! We're going to have a fire drill today!" *20 minutes pass, with Thom bracing for the alarm* "My mistake, it will be tomorrow!" "No alarms, and no surprises 😢"
"thom, what did you see at the zoo?" "a giant turtle's eyes" "thom, that's it, no more ipad for the rest of the day" "you stole it all, give it back" two tracks from tkol
I spent around a month watching all of his channel (including unlisted stuff), all his polygon videos, his older channel (the Altogether), and his podcast. I need MORE
I mean they were kind of like the biggest band in the world when people his/my age were growing up, esp for weirdos (....Creeps, lol), It's not that big of a stretch to imagine he likes Radiohead lol. They were literally the first band I ever heard that wasn't absolute garbage like Korn or some shit. (Ily Korn❤️😂)
@@narcspector OK Computer came out in '97. Brian would have been three. That is their most successful album. Their biggest hit remains Creep, which was '93. If you are Brian's age, that does make you pretty effing early adopters ;-) Also, I'm slightly concerned about who was playing you Korn (who first got real big around '98) at that age - but I guess at least you likely couldn't really follow the lyrics and themes then... just teasing, man :-D
I saw this when it came out, became a big fan of Brian David Gilbert shortly thereafter without realizing he made this. Today I watched it again and my world is shattered.
i remember watching this before i was into radiohead, and now i am watching it, knee deep in radiohead and this is a million times funnier to me after seeing the daydreaming mv
Thinking back now, before I even know who bdg was and he became my favourite person on youtube and probably the whole intenet, this is probably the first video I watched of him, since I was obssessively listening to daydreaming when it came out and I would click on anything radiohead related. It's nice to think two of my favourite things came together on this video
I saw this when it came out because I follow Radiohead, and since then I got into BDG’s videos. I’m only now finding out that he made this and it’s amazing
Must not have been the first time leaving the door open. His wife called him out on it exactly 1 second after coming in, like she expected him to leave it open.
Can't believe it took me 4 years to realise that BDG of Unraveled fame did the 'Thom Yorke was raised in a barn' video which clogged my social media feeds back in 2016
Gilberts They never learn They never learn Beyond the point Of unraveled return Unraveled return And it's too late For another one Unraveled is done This goes Beyond polygon Beyond polygon A black room With a whiteboard Where the meaningless things are Calculated But we are Just happy to watch Just happy to watch You
