Dude, he's in his own house. He wears caps all the time in interviews. Don't be ridiculous. Ben is a 38-year-old grown man, he doesn't need you telling him about manners. He's not meeting the queen, he's chatting with his friend. Besides, his hair grows incredibly fast and he had to grow it out for the Parks & Recreation special. The hat keeps it out of his face. As for Thomas, do you see the size of those headphones? For all we know, the hat could be making it more comfortable. Leave them alone.
