After seeing how the Mid Sodor's decline came to be, it's time to start exploring the cause of its decline, the Peel Godred electric branch. But let's not get negative here; the electric engines rarely get any exploration or development, especially the ones that came to the branch line first. I'm glad TheBuriedTruck took the opportunity, and did it... shockingly well. Hope you enjoy it.
Tired of shunting, James takes one of Edward's goods trains to Killdane, where the electric branch line begins. There, he meets not one, but two mechanical engines that seem to've come from another world.

Glad to see someone adapting these stories as Edith and Eleanor are definitely some of Mikes best OC characters. I would have adapted these myself had I not already created my own OC electric engine characters. You did a great job with this adaptation Scott and I hope you adopt the rest of Edith and Eleanor's tails in the future.

I am a firm believer that eyes tell you the story of someone on how they feel, here it is not an exception. that was extremely clever to have the two electro locos to face the other way. with out a simple face expression we really don’t know if they have good intentions or not, having a blank canvas, so to speak makes us put up our guard. Really clever way of doing this story. a lovely adaption.

David Mitton did something similar - as director, he made sure any engine that wasn’t the focus of a shot faced away from the camera.

This has to be one of my favorite stories by the buried truck , I am so happy you adapted it. Chef's kiss on using the theme that introduced Boco in classic series, when Eleanor first appears.

Well I say that certainly Shocked me! First James met those two, he really thought they were entirely robotic due to him seeing their back ends, thinking they were faceless! Then there was the part he 'Shocked' them both with his whistle! SHOCKING!!!

This is a good story! The buried truck sure writes some great Thomas stories! I can't wait to see more Peel Godred branchline stories! If you hear the engines talking you would think they have seen aliens! Great job! ❤❤❤❤

Call me a dreamer too tired and lazy to write and programme my own - but new lore of electrification introduced through Stafford and battery power seems to hold a lot of potential when good imagination is mixed in Like Sir Topham taking advantage of electric engines on cheap hydro power and maybe a battery saga over tenders for Henry lol

Those 2 electric engines are as cheeky as Thomas, when he was playing tricks on big engines such as Gordon, I wonder if Thomas can meet them?

Spo0oderGwen and Spagjpg's voice acting before Edith and Eleanor talk normally sounds so accurate to a PA system or an AI used for Wii Fit. 👍😅 Who made the models of Edith and Eleanor and the route where their faces get revealed?

Just goes to show how great they are as voice actors and why I gave them those roles. Also, I was the one who made Edith and Eleanor's models, and that route comes from Sodor Railroading Builders.

it's a nice breath of fresh air to see a part of Sodor never seen in the books or TVS the Peel Godred branch line is something I've been curious about feel it was a missed opportunity cos it connects to the Culdee Fell mountain railway and the name Kildane suggest Arry and Bert would be frequent sites on the line. So props to the buried truck looking forward to more stories about Edith and Eleanor.

An interesting look on the Electric Engines here. Also the Killdane branch here. Mostly the Electric Engines here. I think it's "shocking" on how they act.....at first. Nicely well done adaptation here. Keep up the great work and take care.
