What a wonderful story to tell from TheBuriedTruck. Well done and Keep up the great work, Fantastic Mr. S! 😁👍🏻 In my opinion, I wish we can see more stories focused on these electric diesel engines! While this story could be adapted in the TVS format, I don’t know what year does this story take place in the timeline.
They're not electric "diesel" engines; they're just electric engines. They don't run on diesel, so they can't be diesel engines. Also, I'd say this takes place in the mid 1920's, sometime after the line was built.
@@FantasticMrS I see. They’re still unique to see in action. I do see Shocked! is set in 1926 before Troublesome Engines arc starts. Edith and the Prince could take place in 1953, so who knows what year King Orry Comes to Town takes place in the timeline. 👍🏻 (You can correct me if you like)
Yes it is good for the old engine to learn about helping friends, and I believe that engine is Roderick, the one who was with Alfred that had given Rachelle a terrible accident before he and Alfred were sent away on separate railways
What a wonderful story for Skarloey! Well done! Keep up the great work! I do have a few questions for you. 1. Is this story by Maithwaiter free to adapt into TVS format? If so that’s great. If not, that’s fine. 2. If this story by Maithwaiter is free to adapt, which season works best for you in your opinion? 3. In the Island of Sodor timeline, what year does “Skarloey’s Straggler” take place in? I’ll look forward hearing it from you.
It's most certainly free to adapt; he would've said otherwise if it wasn't. I personally chose to give it that Season 4 vibe because I think that always works best for the Skarloey engines. And from what I've gathered, it takes place before those two rude blue engines were sent away (he didn't specify the name of the big main line engine here).
@@FantasticMrS I suppose Season/Series 4 does have a lot of episodes on the Skarloey Railway. When you said that it’s before the two big blue engines were sent away, I believe that means this story takes place in 1923 since I noticed Henry in his old shape and his blue livery (nice attention to detail). Can you ever imagine if the Skarloey Railway cast was given more stories in CGI seasons? It would be a wonderful experience.
They really should change the timetable if they do that for someone who is always is late. She honestly needs to learn to get to things on time not late. If its work arrange starting earlier and finishing earlier for trains/buses.
A wonderful story for Skarlory and Rheneas' early days on their line. Nice to see Skarlory learning his lesson here to wait for all passengers like their friends. It's nice to see a working area treat other people like a nice place to hang out and like friends. Although ruled and regulations are important, it's nice to wait for everyone to make it. Well done on adapting this story here. Keep up the amazing work and take care.
It can be arranged on a branch line when the main line train is a guaranteed connection but unfortunately main line trains can only be a guaranteed connection. They can't delay for any other reason if their path is clear as main line traffic is a whole different ball game. They do get their moments though like when James was a VIP's only chance to get to a meeting in time or when a man missed the last train home and Percy took him on his Post train. Unfortunately these days health and safe/strict policies make goodwill gestures an initiative an employee has to be able to take for them to happen these days.
@@FantasticMrS Cute, Fantastic Mr. S, I hope there will be more stories with the Volunteers and the Homeless people on Sodor someday in Thomas the Tank Engine's NWR Adventures.
