Thomasene Holloway Remembers the March on Washington 

Thomasene had been a student at Hunter College and had just gotten a job with the American Baptist Convention that summer. The American Baptist Convention, which was very influential and a great job, hosted two or three buses that traveled from New York City to Washington DC for the March on Washington. It was very exciting to be able to be a part of it all.
