Great video! Helped me narrow down my choices. I'm visiting Chicago for the first time this October, and I think this is where we'll be booking our short 3-night stay to explore the city!

Glad the video was helpful. I love both those hotels, and it's hard to go wrong with either. Park Hyatt is certainly nicer and "fancier", but it's also significantly more expensive. If you have Hyatt status, both hotels do a great job with the perks.
