All of the “hot tub stuff” is actually very important. It tells us that Thor learns about the infinity stones, and he has premonitions for the destruction of Asgard! He also finds out that someone is trying to collect the infinity stones and it ends with him going on a quest to find out more about the infinity stones and what’s coming. This detail is probably the most important to know about Thor before seeing Ragnarok and I cannot believe u glossed over it.

Everything you explained was amazing, besides one tiny detail. You shouldn't have mentioned that Doctor Strange has a small part in Ragnarok. That thing was actually a spoiler and I kind of regret knowing it, just 2 hours before I watch the Ragnarok.

Cool story bro, but you've missed out one key point. In the first Thor movie, when Odin banishes Thor to earth, he opens the byfrost with his staff, and NOT with Heimdal's sword. Hold on to that piece of information, then go watch Thor Ragnarok, then come back to it and see a massive plot hole involving Hela, Heimdal and the sword. 😀

Well, Thor Ragnarok barely cares about the previous movies. They rush the story so they can get to Sakaar. SPOILERS they kill Thor's friends quickly and Lady Sif it's not even in the movie END OF SPOILERS I thought these movies were made to geeks that like continuity. If it isn't so, why bother invest in any of the characters at all? If Taika can't integrate previous established characters in his story, maybe he isn't that good of a storyteller.

Hela is hella fine. We find out more about her. She’s Thor’s sister. We see more of Hulk. Thor gets electrocuted but yet he’s god of thunder? Lol Thor looses an eye. Big demon Surtur is unleashed and kills Hela.
