I’m new to your channel and I just wanted to say I love how you brake down what you’re doing and why it’s important 10/10. With that said, there will be people (such as myself) who are watching these for purely personal research. For that reason I think you should have a more clear “DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME” message for the more; easily miss used techniques. There will always be that person who watches maybe half the video and goes to attempt a manipulation on a friend without understanding the risk factor and someone gets hurt. Not trying to tell you how to do your job or anything rude like that. Just something that I’ve seen happen (not from one of your videos).

Hi Brent, I went to a Physio last year for low back pain and he went ahead and manipulated my thoracic spine quite a bit. Since then, I have had a lot of hyper mobility in mid thoracic spine. I am constantly getting stuck there and then finding a way to crack myself back into alignment which lasts mere seconds. I went to a few practitioners afterwards but they all seem to want to crack me back into alignment lol. What are they missing in the treatment plan? I think I need some specific segmental muscle activation. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanku for this, it served as a great revision material :) Do we need to use this manipulation multiple times in patients who have a stiff thorax in general? Or would a single thrust would do?
What do you do if the patient has pain in the front of their shoulder when crossing their fingers and putting them behind their head? It seems like something might be out of place thoracically but their feeling pain in their arm, almost as if it's affecting their rotator cuff muscles.
Thoracic mobility does have a significant impact on the shoulder and scapular kinematics. This would definitely be a technique that could be beneficial.
No it does need cavitation. It needs a lot more force but chiros and Pts are too afraid to give it. Like for my back.. My kyphosis and scoliosis the joints need to be remodeled so it will DANG hard forcs to remodel the joints to straighten out my stupid back and for the joints to be unlocked in the first place all the light force I've had before didn't do crap until I had the hard force which finally unlocked things. I might need to be in a full body cast to remodel the joints from curved to straight after it being that way for 31 dam years!
