@@prestigev6131thorfinn would’ve most probably grown taller than his father, his growth was stunned because there weren’t any adults looking after him on the battlefield, when he hit puberty he was still with askeladd and later he was sold into slavery, if he had been taken care of and eaten healthy he could’ve grown into an absolute unit but that’s ok, we love him anyways

@@Cloudyowly no not really, people think that vikings were all extremely tall, but in reality, due to the scarse nutrition, most common folk were 170cm which was a reasonable height. But thorfinn didn’t even eat like those people, he also spent so much time at night training instead of sleeping. And sleeping is also essential, it’s when your body grows and develops

Leif dedicated his whole life for finding Thorfinn. He fully owed it to Thors who sacrifice himself to save everyone. Thors wouldn't agree with Leif's kindness but he probably will atleast understand it. It is better to let the kindness that is too much to bear to be paid rather than settle it with nothing.

I LOVE hild, the politics part of the jomms vikings is also really cool, I LOVE the part of getting money for their project, maybe its rose tinted glasses, but for me its perfect. Since all arcs are different from all the others, i cant really compare, but i love them all. For me its my peak fiction, hope you can find yours someday.

@@yadoo8164 No I understand I've read the manga to the end of this last season but not watched the second season of the anime. Sure he's paying penance but the story still meanders without a purpose, in the manga especially as they're slow release.

@@jackdunn4373 I have to say, having it available on demand (binging the whole season) definitely helped with the first few eps, as having to wait for a new release every week for the first few eps might've been hard given the major change in pacing. But I do have to disagree in terms of losing direction/meandering as I felt like every scene was essential to Thorfinn's development into the man he will eventually become. Great season and Great Manga imo. Hope you still give it a watch as Mappa animates the hell out of this season.
