Thank you !!! This is the best review. I watched all and people just talk...You play very well and knows how to tweak a great sound. I will buy the damn amp.
Honestly, I think the Katana 100 is much better. You have to pay a little more but I think it easily beats the THR10. The speaker is so much better in the 100, whole reason I bought it over the 50. Even though it's 150 bucks more lol. Worth for sure. But 50 isn't bad at all, especially if you just want to play in your room.
I have a friend . He have a marshal , 15 watts , analog . And yamaha . And he said what when he buy marshal he don't now what yamaha is will be win the ANALOG MARSHALL AMP . It is a realy good amp .
This is exactly what I was looking for... if I only knew what they said. If I'm not completely of though I would say he seemed to have quite some fun playing both of them and think that wile he was impressed by some built in effects of the Katana the sounds on the THR needed way less fiddling around for him to be happy with a setting. So I'd assume the THR was his favorite - with the Katana as a close second? Could any of you Russian speaking guys please tell me the the verdict was?
They are talking about Katana having more effects, but Yamaha having better sound while on less power, with Katana opening up on more power setting. Yamaha is more precise and produces better analog sound while Katana sounds too digital. Yamaha produces better bass, it has a stereo sound. Katana is louder and harsher. Yamaha, they said, was more practical despite the higher price. The guitarist's preference was Yamaha.
